本实用新型涉及环卫技术领域，具体是指一种密闭式垃圾筒。
背景技术
为了防止路人在行走过程中随意丢弃垃圾，现有道路两侧通常都会间隔一定的距离即摆放一个垃圾筒。现有垃圾筒为了便于环卫工人清理及转运垃圾，一般采用内筒加外套筒的结构。内筒上套装垃圾袋，并套装于外套筒内；外套筒通过支架固定于地面上，不但美观而且可防止雨水落入内筒内。但是，现有垃圾筒普遍存在一个缺陷：内筒与外套筒之间有缝隙，人们丢垃圾的时候，通常会有垃圾通过该缝隙落入外套筒内而非内筒内，并且雨水也会直接进入外套筒内，环卫工人清理这些落入外套筒底部的垃圾比较麻烦，也通常会忽略清理外套筒。经过一段时间后这些垃圾在外套筒底部腐烂变质，散发出异味，影响城市美观。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提供一种结构简单，且可防止垃圾及污水进入外套筒底部的密闭式垃圾筒。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是，密闭式垃圾筒，包括外套筒及支架，以及套装于外套筒内部的内筒，其特征在于，所述内筒顶部边缘为翻折式，该翻折式边缘盖合于外套筒的边缘上。
本实用新型内筒套装于外套筒内时，内筒的翻折式顶部边缘盖合于外套筒的边缘上，将内筒与外套筒之间的缝隙密闭，防止垃圾及污水进入外套筒内，不但降低了环卫工人的劳动量，而且垃圾清理的更加彻底，维持了城市整洁美观的形象。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型结构进行详细说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型包括外套筒1及支架4，支架4固定于地面上，外套筒1枢轴连接于支架4上，清理垃圾时，可翻转外套筒1将其筒口转出，从而清理起来更加便捷。
本实用新型内筒2套装于外套筒1内，其顶部边缘3为翻折式，该翻折式边缘盖合于外套筒1的边缘上，将内筒2与外套筒1之间的缝隙密闭，如图2及图3所示，从而有效防止了垃圾及污水进入外套筒1内，不但降低了环卫工人的劳动量，而且垃圾清理的更加彻底，维持了城市整洁美观的形象。
本实用新型具有翻折式边缘的内筒可由模具直接一次性注塑成型，无需对其它现有设备进行改造，制造方便，实用效果好，具有良好的经济及社会价值，可将其广泛应用于城市街道或公园、社区等需要使用内外套筒结构的垃圾筒的环境中。
