本实用新型涉及一种口腔治疗缺失牙多,牙龈萎缩,修复于一体桥冠烤瓷连杆植入牙,由医用金属组成的铸造烤瓷冠,金属连杆与基牙冠为基托,使其牢固稳定、均衡耐压、耐磨,抗单侧和侧向扭力的植入牙固位。进而修复治疗口腔内缺失牙多,只要留着2只以上,以及牙周病引起的牙齿松动、移位、倾斜、四环素牙、牙龈萎缩,咬合错乱等引起的并发症,一并治疗修复矫正于一体,成为第二副新生牙齿。它不仅提高咀嚼功能,更重要的是医牙还牙逼真,延长使用寿命期,进而提高美容性,保护牙龈软组织细胞萎缩,颞颌关节健康,并摒弃口腔技术领域中的拔牙装牙,提升治疗修复创新方法,具有突破传统的临床应用价值。

本实用新型涉及一种口腔缺失牙多,牙龈萎缩,修复于一体桥冠烤瓷连杆植入牙,由医用金属组成的伴有烤瓷牙、树脂牙、烤瓷冠、金属连杆与基牙牙冠为基托,使其牢固稳定、均衡耐压、耐磨,抗单侧和侧向扭力的植入牙固位。进而修复治疗口腔内缺失牙多,只要留着2只以上,以及牙周病引起的牙齿松动、移位、倾斜、四环素牙、牙龈萎缩、咬合错乱等引起的并发症,亦能一并治疗修复矫正于一体,使本实用新型与真牙媲美成为第二副新生牙齿。 
本实用新型桥冠烤瓷连杆植入牙。印模材料取模型后,选择多种医用金属材料,由镍铬合金、钛合金、钴铬合金、纯钛、金合金等任何一种材料铸造金属桥冠连杆,以及选择上述相同材料烤瓷牙内冠与金属连杆一体的植入牙,牙列正齐的假牙。它不仅提高咀嚼功能,更重要的是医牙还牙逼真,基牙不松动,延长使用寿命期,进而提高美容性,保护牙龈软组织细胞萎缩,颞颌关节健康,并摒弃口腔技术领域中的治疗修复完美牙齿,具有突破传统的临床应用价值。背景技术:

目前国内外对口腔技术治疗的方法颇多,但不尽人意。随着人口老龄化的快速增多,对口腔技术的发展缓慢,经查询资料证实;2001年6月,北京军区医院院刊第13卷第3期刊登的报道,核铸造装置,在烤瓷桥冠中的应用,是在单冠牙缺失或在多颗缺失牙的桥体上夹板固位。2002年首次发现公告的烤瓷牙正畸装置,把口腔内牙列不齐的牙齿,作根管治疗后截冠,制作中心桩核烤瓷牙修复。2002年国内公告的烤瓷牙桥冠装置,在全口牙周炎牙齿较少者,不能使用。这些报道中,不仅制作工艺较为复杂,再则需要多拔除基牙,损伤牙髓组织细胞。而通常采取制作带金属钩托板活动假牙修复,由于使用中带金属钩有损于基牙,固位效果差,基牙容易脱落,导致反复拔牙装牙的缺点。据另一报道中套筒冠、磁性固位体截冠修复,对人体及其基牙损伤大。所述以上的精密附着体的修复方法,不仅制作工艺复杂,价格昂贵,套筒冠基牙牙体容易折断、磁性固位体桩核容易脱落等,使用寿命短。
 实用新型内容: 
本实用新型涉及一种桥冠烤瓷连杆植入牙,克服了上述的缺点,使其单侧上下颌牙齿只剩下2只以上的牙齿时,一次性修复全口缺失严重只剩数只牙齿,也能制作桥冠烤瓷连杆植入牙,同时克服了烤瓷牙由于基牙少而不适宜选择长桥烤瓷牙装牙的优点。 
本实用新型的目的在于便捷,适合中老年患者,患有全口牙周炎,牙齿只剩数只,且不十分松动的基牙,可保留原残冠残根和轻中度松动的牙,尤其对全口牙周炎牙齿只剩2-3只的患者作根管治疗后应作为首先。同时患有极度松动的牙齿,残根残冠根尖有病变的应选择拔除,然后在单侧牙列上保留着数只牙齿作为烤瓷牙基牙为目的,即可达到优良修复效果。 
本实用新型的有效结果,经临床500多例治疗,桥冠烤瓷连杆植入牙,具有良好的基牙整体固位,使其稳定作用。连杆紧贴牙龈粘膜,保护植入牙粘膜组织,缓慢粘膜组织的吸收和萎缩,使桥冠烤瓷连杆植入牙,耐抗压力和扭力。当义齿受力时,单个运动转变成连杆整体运动,增加了牙齿的承受力,同时承载任何方向的外力作用于义齿时,受压力和扭力的能力被迅速分散,使其保护基牙牙周组织的作用。 
本实用新型是这样实现的,由单颌只剩2只以上时,可保留轻中度牙周炎牙齿,对残根残冠牙一并治疗,又对无明显松动的基牙保存牙髓,而仅对明显松动的牙齿、龋齿严重的牙,包括残根残冠牙作根管治疗外,还可对残根残冠患者作中心桩核后整体设计桥冠烤瓷连杆植入牙,进而达到保留保存基牙牙髓,稳定夹板的固位作用。根据病症设计和基牙牙体制备,取模、灌模、制成石膏模型,然后制作成桥冠烤瓷连杆植入牙,用无酸粘接剂精密固位。 
实现本实用新型的技术方案是; 
一种桥冠烤瓷连杆植入牙所述的固定状态,牙齿石膏模型,保存原牙冠和健康牙状态,桥冠金属连杆铸造由4个部分组成桥冠烤瓷连杆植入牙来实现,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。

根据图4的左冠穴烤瓷牙10,右冠穴烤瓷牙11,植入桥冠穴7、桥冠穴9的孔穴内,并用无酸粘接剂精密固位植入牙基桩。 
根据图5的桥冠连杆植入牙,在金属连杆植入排列正齐树脂牙3,树脂牙3的左右冠穴烤瓷牙10、11,选择材料由医用金属镍铬合金、钛合金、钴铬合金、纯钛等任何一种材料烤瓷牙10、11,固位在金属连杆8的冠柱1、冠柱2、冠柱4上,金属连杆8材料选择由镍铬合金、钛合金、钴铬合金、纯钛、金合金等任何一种医用金属铸造而成的。

1.一种桥冠烤瓷连杆植入牙,所述的连杆植入牙包括:由连杆、冠柱、烤瓷植入牙组成,其特征在于冠柱(1)、冠柱(2)、树脂牙(3)、冠柱(4)、金属连杆桥冠穴(7)、金属连杆(8)、金属连杆桥冠穴(9)组成桥冠烤瓷连杆植入牙(12)。
2.如权利要求1的桥冠烤瓷连杆植入牙,其特征在于所述的金属连杆(8)取石膏模型基牙牙冠(5)、牙冠(6),牙冠(5)、牙冠(6)的模型上铸造金属连杆(8)、冠穴(7)、冠穴(9)为一体,选择多种医用金属材料,由镍铬合金,钛合金,钴铬合金、纯钛、金合金择用一种材料,组成的金属连杆(8)为植入牙基托固位抗扭力、耐压。
