本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种提盘器，能够方便快捷地从锅中将高温盘(碗)取出。

一种提盘器，其特征在于：它由夹持杆通过铰接轴互相连接的，结构相同的两个单元组成；其中一个单元包括连接块，在连接块的下端固定连接有卡盘爪，在连接块的一侧固定连接有夹持杆；夹持杆的外端连接有手柄。

通过两手柄5操纵的两夹持杆3的运动类似于剪刀，两手柄5分别向外侧张开时，两卡盘爪1向内合拢夹持盘(碗)；两手柄5分别向内侧合拢时，两卡盘爪1向外张开松开盘(碗)。
