背景技术
现有技术中所用的炒菜锅不能检测并显示锅内的油温高低，而油温太高时食物或油本身易产生有毒或有害物质，尤其高温油易使食用油分解或氧化，分解后的产物中部分易产生聚合反应，最终分解产物、聚合产物和氧化产物成为致癌或不良刺激性物质，同时油温过高也容易将食物过度加热而破坏食物内的各种营养成分，对人们身体健康带来很大的危害。实验证明食用油温度在不高于200-250℃时适合烹饪各种食物。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种烹饪用的锅，以克服上述现有技术的不足。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种烹饪用的锅，包括锅体，所述锅体的锅底上设有一透明陶瓷层，所述锅底和所述透明陶瓷层之间设有一BiVO4热致变色层，所述透明陶瓷层的边缘与所述锅体密封连接。
所述锅底呈凹面状或平面状。
所述锅体为铁锅体或透明陶瓷锅体。
所述BiVO4热致变色层的材料为可逆多变色型材料，变色范围为：黄色(室温)→橙色(120℃)→红色(200℃)，具有多个变色温度，且耐高温、无毒、无腐蚀性，可在很宽的温度范围内工作，并在750℃以下稳定。
所述可逆热致变色材料是指材料经加热升温由一种颜色变为另一种颜色，冷却后又变回原来的颜色。
另外，食用油一般在250-300℃开始发生化学等方面的变化而产生对身体有害的物质。
本实用新型的烹饪用的锅在使用时，加入锅中的油在加热时温度升高，所述BiVO4热致变色层可随油温的升高发生颜色的变化，透过透明陶瓷层并根据BiVO4热致变色层颜色的变化可判断出锅内的油温范围，并在适当温度下加入需要烹饪的食物。
