为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:鼠标垫的夹层间设有发热体,所述发热体的两根引出线与接插件连接,接插件连接电脑主机箱内提供的低压直流电源或外接低压电源。 
所述鼠标垫夹层间的发热体为呈曲线状的碳纤维电热丝。鼠标垫的表面纤维与发热体呈纬向和径向或径向和纬向或斜向相交编织而成。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的电热鼠标垫,由与鼠标垫接触的鼠标表层和鼠标垫底层所组成,鼠标垫表层和底层之间设有发热体,或鼠标垫表面纤维与发热体编织成电热布,发热体为碳纤维电热线,碳纤维电热丝在鼠标垫夹层间均匀分布,发热体的导线与接插件连接,接插件与计算机主机箱扩展挡板的电源接口连接,借助计算机主机提供的低压直流电源或外接低压电源作为电热鼠标垫的电源。
