本实用新型涉及一种散热装置,尤其是一种供发热电子元件散热的散热装置。
背景技术
近年来,随着功率电路的转换能力不断增大,功耗随之增大,各种电子元件也因此产生了巨大的热量,带来了散热问题,随之产生了散热装置。
散热片是一种给电器中的易发热电子元件散热的装置,多由铝合金,黄铜或青铜做成板状,片状,多片状等,如电脑中CPU中央处理器要使用相当大的散热片,电视机中电源管、行管,功放器中的功放管都要使用散热片。一般散热片在使用中要在电子元件与散热片接触面涂上一层导热硅脂,使元器件发出的热量更有效的传导到散热片上,在经散热片散发到周围空气中去。由于电子元件的电源线较多,各种连线经常会混在一起,显得杂乱无章,但是现在的散热片没有定位电源线的结构,不能解决电源线较多时,走线混乱的问题。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型设计了一种供发热电子元件散热的散热片,这种散热片的一个散热针上带有卡槽,在解决散热问题的同时,还可用于定位电源线。
本实用新型的技术方案在于:一种散热片,包括散热针和散热底座,散热针与散热底座垂直,散热针均匀分布在散热底座上,散热针分卡槽散热针和针形散热针两种,卡槽散热针位于散热底座的一端,卡槽位于卡槽散热针的底部,卡槽的槽口朝向散热片的内侧,卡槽为T型结构。
本实用新型的优点在于:结构简单,方便实用,其中一个散热针上带有卡槽,在散热的同时还,可用于定位电源线。

如图1所示,本实用新型的技术方案在于:一种散热片,包括散热针2和散热底座1,散热针2与散热底座1垂直,散热针2均匀分布在散热底座1上,散热针1分卡槽散热针3和针形散热针4两种,卡槽散热针3和针形散热针4长度相等,卡槽散热针3位于散热底座1的一端,卡槽5位于卡槽散热针3的底部与散热底座1的接触处,卡槽5的槽口朝向散热片的内侧,卡槽5为T型结构。

1.一种散热片,包括散热针和散热底座,其特征在于:所述的散热针与散热底座垂直,相邻散热针间距离相等,散热针分卡槽散热针和针形散热针两种,卡槽散热针位于散热底座的一端,所述的卡槽位于卡槽散热针的底部,卡槽的槽口朝向散热片的内侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种散热片,其特征在于所述的卡槽为T型结构。
