Abstract

一种智能化热水器排空装置。进出水管道与热水器水箱相连,一温度传感器插入进出水管道中,一气泵与进出水管道下部相连通,一控制器通过导线分别与温度传感器和气泵相连。工作时,控制器启动气泵向进出水管道内充气,气体将进出水管道内的水顶入热水器水箱内,从而能达到排空进出水管道内的水目的;且该方案能稳定地实现排空功能,防止管道冻爆,高度自动化、智能化。

本实用新型涉及一种排空太阳能热水器进出水管中滞留水的装置。
背景技术
目前,排空装置的公知方法是,在热水器水箱下方的进出水管上连接有电动开关和单向阀,单向阀与进出水管相通,排空时,电动开关切断进出水管与太阳能热水器水箱的连通,再将进出水管下方的排水开关打开,电动开关下方的进出水管中的滞留水即在重力的作用下向下流出,外界空气通过单向阀进入进出水管中,从而排空了进出水管中的滞留水。但是,由于电动开关处于室外,空气寒冷时,粘附在电动开关上的水膜结冰,从而导致电动开关常常在冬季被冻坏。
发明内容
为了克服现有的排空装置常常在冬季被冻坏的不足,本实用新型提供一种智能化热水器排空装置,该智能化热水器排空装置不仅能方便地实现排空进出水管道而且也不会被冻坏。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:进出水管道与热水器水箱相连,一温度传感器插入进出水管道中,一气泵与进出水管道下部相连通,一控制器通过导线分别与温度传感器和气泵相连。上述技术中,更优化的方案为在气泵与进出水管道之间设有一充气单向阀。工作时,当温度传感器测量出进出水管道内水温低于设定的数值时,控制器启动气泵向进出水管道内充气,气体将进出水管道内的水顶入热水器水箱内,停止充气后,热水器内的热水又重新进入进出水管道内,从而达到进出水管道不被冻爆的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于通过控制器自动检测进出水管道内水温,自动控制气泵排空进出水管,使得进出水管内的水温度高于其设定的数值,从而防止进出水管道爆管,并且控制过程高度自动化、智能化。

具体实施方式
在图1所示实施例中,进出水管道2与热水器水箱1相连,一温度传感器3插入进出水管道2中,一气泵5充气单向阀6相连,充气单向阀6与进出水管道2下部相连通,一控制器4通过导线7分别与温度传感器3和气泵5相连。

1.一种智能化热水器排空装置,进出水管道与热水器水箱相连,其特征是:一温度传感器插入进出水管道中,一气泵与进出水管道下部相连通,一控制器通过导线分别与温度传感器和气泵相连。
