本实用新型涉及贴纸,尤其涉及一种电子产品的商标贴纸。
【背景技术】
现代人商标意识很强,用商标作为标志区别不同的生产商或者服务商,以达到有效识别产品的目的,消费者在选购产品的时候能直观注意到不同品牌的差异,现有商标纸都是采用符合形式,背后带有压敏胶可以贴在产品上,对于电子类产品目前产用的商标纸与其他商品并无区别但是由于电子产品工作场合带电,有时会有工作产生高温的情况,所以处于安全角度考虑,不阻燃的商标纸带有安全隐患,而没有符合安全要求的具有阻燃效果的商标纸运用于电子产品之上。有些需要达到阻燃的商标材料,含有卤素,卤族元素单质多数有巨毒,而卤化合物都含有卤族元素,所以最好是对材料实现完全无卤配方。

本实用新型针对以上问题提出一种无卤阻燃商标纸。
本实用新型的技术方案是:本实用新型所涉及的无卤阻燃商标纸,包括层叠的面材层、离型衬纸,在离型衬纸和面材层之间还具有一层胶黏剂层,其特征在于,在所述面材层非胶黏剂层一面具有一阻燃涂层,所述胶黏剂层是阻燃胶黏剂层。。
所述阻燃涂层的涂料主要包括聚胺酯树脂、聚酯树脂、二氧化硅、无卤系阻燃剂,经过反应搅拌配置而成。
所述面材层的背面涂附的阻燃胶黏剂层主要包括压敏性的丙烯酸树脂或有机硅树脂与无卤系阻燃剂。
本实用新型的有益效果是:所述阻燃涂层和背面涂覆的阻燃胶黏层都能提高商标的阻燃系数,提高产品运用于电子商品的可靠性,并且实现了无卤,实现商标纸的安全无毒性。

实施例1:本实用新型所涉及的无卤阻燃商标纸,包括层叠的面材层2、离型衬纸4,在离型衬纸4和面材层2之间还具有一层胶黏剂层,其特征在于,在面材层2非胶黏剂层一面具有一阻燃涂层1,所述胶黏剂层是阻燃胶黏剂层3。。
所述阻燃涂层1的涂料主要包括聚胺酯树脂、聚酯树脂、二氧化硅、无卤系阻燃剂,经过反应搅拌配置而成。
所述商标面材层2的背面涂附的阻燃胶黏剂层3主要包括压敏性的丙烯酸树脂或有机硅树脂与无卤系阻燃剂。
其加工工艺说明:通过转移涂布的方式将阻燃剂涂料涂覆在面材层2上,经过烘箱的干燥后与面材层达到牢固的结合形成阻燃涂层1。将阻燃胶黏剂通过涂覆在离型衬纸4表面,经过烘箱干燥后,与面材层的非涂层处理面进行复合,使阻燃胶黏剂转移到面材层2上。
本实用新型的有益效果是:所述阻燃涂层和背面涂覆的阻燃胶黏层都能提高商标的阻燃系数,提高产品运用于电子商品的可靠性,并且实现了无卤素组分,实现商标纸的安全无毒性。

1.一种无卤阻燃商标纸,包括层叠的面材层、离型衬纸,在离型衬纸和面材层之间还具有一层胶黏剂层,其特征在于,在所述面材层非胶黏剂层一面具有一阻燃涂层,所述胶黏剂层是阻燃胶黏剂层。
