本实用新型涉及一种可折叠便携式培养箱,软式箱体、内衬袋和箱体盖均放置在背囊内,软式箱体四壁由里向外依次缝制有粘扣带、加热层、保温层和隔热层,加热层内均布电热丝,粘扣带可与内衬袋粘合在一起,所述的内衬袋是带有井字形隔板的圆柱形或方形;软式箱体的四角分别插有支撑杆,软式箱体的箱底和箱体盖由里向外分别缝制内衬、保温层和隔热层组成,所述的箱体盖上固定有温控装置和风扇;锂电池放在背囊内,电源线和插头固定在软式箱体的侧面,背囊的侧面带有两根背带。优点是:可折叠、重量轻、体积小、容积大、保温性能良好、4根支撑杆将软式箱体撑开,以确保培养箱的稳固、可同时对多个样品进行培养、其携带方便、实用和应用范围广。

可折叠便携式培养箱
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种培养箱,特别是涉及一种重量轻、体积小、容积大、携带方便的可折叠便携式培养箱。
背景技术
众所周知,近年来,地震、泥石流、大旱、风暴、大雪和洪涝等各种自然灾害在国内外不断发生,当灾害来临时为了确保人们的身体健康,就必须对水质和食品进行各种卫生指标的现场检测,以及部队在进行野外作业、大型现场活动的卫勤保障及卫生部门进行现场检测等,都涉及到细菌指标检测时的培养箱使用问题。而在进行现场检测,尤其是在出现各种自然灾害的现场进行检测,待检的样品不能及时送往实验室(或者没有实验室),因此,对培养箱就提出了更高的要求;另外,饮水和食品安全中的细菌指标的检测一直以来都得到大家广泛的关注,希望能真正做到现场检测。但是该指标的检测不能像理化指标进行现场检测,其中一个难题就是细菌的现场培养。为了满足上述检测的需求,培养箱必须具备重量轻、体积小、容积大、携带方便及多种供电方式确保用电供应的特点。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种重量轻、体积小、容积大、携带方便的可折叠便携式培养箱。
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:它包括箱体、箱体盖和内衬,其特征在于:软式箱体、内衬袋和箱体盖均放置在背囊内,软式箱体四壁的断面由里向外依次缝制有粘扣带、加热层、保温层和隔热层,加热层内均布电热丝,粘扣带可与内衬袋粘合在一起,软式箱体的四角分别插有支撑杆,软式箱体的箱底处由里向外分别缝制内衬、保温层和隔热层组成,锂电池放在背囊内的底层,电源线和插头固定在软式箱体的侧面,背囊的侧面带有两根背带。
本实用新型还可以采用以下技术方案:
所述的内衬袋是内放隔板的圆柱形或方形;
所述的箱体盖上固定有温控装置和风扇。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是:可折叠、重量轻、体积小、容积大、保温性能良好、4根支撑杆将软式箱体撑开,以确保培养箱的稳固、可同时对多个样品进行培养、其携带方便、实用、适用于各级医疗卫生机构进行现场检测或监测、特别是在发生各种自然灾害情况下和部队野外作业时的使用。

    为能进一步了解本实用新型的发明内容、特点及效果,兹例举以下实施例,并配合附图详细说明如下,请参阅图1—图5。
如图1所示:软式箱体1、内衬袋2和箱体盖3均放置在背囊4内,软式箱体1四壁由里向外依次缝制有粘扣带5、加热层6、保温层7和隔热层8,加热层6内均布电热丝,粘扣带5可与带有隔板15的圆形或方形内衬袋2粘合在一起,内衬袋2的尺寸随试管的大小长短而变化,软式箱体1的四角分别插有支撑杆9,软式箱体1的箱底10处由里向外分别缝制有内衬11、保温层7和隔热层8组成,锂电池12放在背囊4的底层内,锂电池有个插口可直接和培养箱侧面的插头相接,电源线13和插头固定在软式箱体1的侧面与电阻丝连接,既可以和市电相连又可以和锂电池相接,背囊4的侧面带有两根背带14;所述的箱体盖3上固定有温控装置16和风扇17,温控装置包括一个温控器和一个热敏传感器,主要用于控制培养的温度;风扇主要作用为确保温度均一;箱体盖3由里向外分别缝制有内衬11、保温层7和隔热层8,当箱体通电后,电热丝被加热,加热层6作用为对培养箱进行加热,保温层7作用为使内部温度不外散,隔热层8作用为使环境温度对培养箱的影响减到最小,良好的保温材料使得软式箱体1内的温度保持一致,它即成为一个良好的培养箱;同时,该软式箱体1也可以单独作为一个保温性能良好的样品运输装置。
该可折叠便携式培养箱的使用方法如下:
①.静态培养,从背囊4里取出软式箱体1,在软式箱体1的4个角插入纵向的支撑杆9,将软式箱体1固定好,此时,软式箱体1支起,然后,接上市电或锂电池开始将加热层6中的电阻丝加热到设定的温度30-50℃。再将待培养的物品放入带有隔板15的圆形或方形软式内衬袋2中(也可直接置于软式箱体1中)内衬袋2通过粘扣带5固定到软式箱体1中进行培养;      
②.动态培养,将软式箱体1在背囊4中与锂电池连接后对加热层6中的电阻丝进行加热,将待培养的物品放入带有隔板15的圆形或方形软式内衬袋2中(也可直接置于软式箱体中)内衬袋2通过粘扣带5固定到软式箱体1中进行培养,此培养过程可在运动中进行,通过背囊4上的背带14可四处走动。
该可折叠便携式培养箱在现场即可对样品进行静态培养,并可在运动中进行培养,最大限度的缩短了细菌检测时间,为快速得到检测结果提供了保障。该实用新型具有体积小、重量轻,但容积大的优点,可同时对多个样品进行培养;其携带方便、实用,适用于各级医疗卫生机构进行现场检测或监测的使用,特别是在发生各种自然灾害情况下和部队野外作业时的使用,当不使用时,拔出四根支撑杆9即可将软式箱体1折叠存放。

1.一种可折叠便携式培养箱,它包括箱体、箱体盖和内衬,其特征在于:软式箱体(1)、内衬袋(2)和箱体盖(3)均放置在背囊(4)内,软式箱体(1)四壁由里向外依次缝制有粘扣带(5)、加热层(6)、保温层(7)和隔热层(8),加热层(6)内均布电热丝,粘扣带(5)可与内衬袋(2)粘合在一起,软式箱体(1)的四角分别插有支撑杆(9),软式箱体(1)的箱底(10)处由里向外分别缝制内衬(11)、保温层(7)和隔热层(8)组成,锂电池(12)放在背囊(4)内,电源线(13)和插头固定在软式箱体(1)的侧面,背囊(4)的侧面带有两根背带(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可折叠便携式培养箱,其特征在于:所述的内衬袋(2)是内放隔板(15)的圆柱形或方形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可折叠便携式培养箱,其特征在于:所述的箱体盖(3)上固定有温控装置(16)和风扇(17)。
