本实用新型包括手柄，在手柄的一端设有半圆形透孔，且在透孔的表面设有锯齿；在手柄的中部设有钩状豁口；手柄的另一端设有中空腔体，并在该腔体内设有电池、开关和电机，且电池、开关和电机串联，并在电机的转动轴上固接螺旋杆，且螺旋杆的长度大于该腔体的长度；在手柄的表面设有长方形凹槽，且在凹槽内设有电子表，并在电子表处设有透明罩。
本实用新型在使用时，手柄一端的半圆形透孔，可方便人们开启矿泉水瓶或其他饮料瓶的瓶盖，开启时，可将瓶盖套放在半圆形透孔内，透孔表面的锯齿即可卡放在瓶盖的侧边，稍施力旋转手柄，即可将瓶盖开启；手柄中部的豁口便于开启啤酒瓶的瓶盖；手柄另一端腔体内的螺旋杆，可用来开启红酒瓶的软木塞；手柄表面凹槽内的电子表便于人们掌握时间。
