技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种过滤装置，特别是一种用于中药过滤的药液过滤装置。
背景技术
在中药生产中，特别是中药口服液的生产，药液内通常都含有中药材渣滓。因此需要对药液进行过滤处理，以提高药液品质。目前，大多数中药生产企业简单地板框过滤器进行过滤处理，它适用于含渣量较少的液体作密闭过滤以达到提纯，灭菌、澄清等精滤、半精滤的要求。但是在用于含渣量较多的药液时，板框过滤器中的澄清板很快就会因饱负荷而丧失功效。且澄清板不可重复利用，因此成本相对比较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种药液过滤装置。它可以满足药液过滤的要求，且过滤的成本比较低。
本实用新型的技术方案：一种药液过滤装置，包括板框过滤器，板框过滤器的出口端由净液管路连至净液箱，其特征在于：板框过滤器入口端设有圆筒式滤芯，并通过污液管路连至污液箱，且污液管路上设有输液泵。
前述的药液过滤装置中，所述板框过滤器中的过滤介质为澄清板。
前述的药液过滤装置中，所述圆筒式滤芯中的过滤介质为滤布。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型通过在板框过滤器的入口处增加了圆筒式滤芯，以圆筒式滤芯对药液进行了粗滤，从而降低了进入板框过滤器中药液的含渣量，进而相对节约了澄清板的耗费，节约了过滤成本。且圆筒式滤芯采用滤布作为过滤介质，滤布可在清洗后重复利用，不增加过滤成本。

实施例。一种药液过滤装置，构成如图1所示，包括板框过滤器5，板框过滤器5的出口端由净液管路6连至净液箱7，其特征在于：板框过滤器5入口端设有圆筒式滤芯4，并通过污液管路2连至污液箱1，且污液管路2上设有输液泵3。板框过滤器5中的过滤介质为澄清板。圆筒式滤芯4中的过滤介质为滤布。
工作时，由输液泵3将污液箱1中的待过滤药液送入圆筒式滤芯4进行粗滤，再经板框过滤器进行精滤，最后将完成过滤的药液送入净液箱7。

1.一种药液过滤装置，包括板框过滤器(5)，板框过滤器(5)的出口端由净液管路(6)连至净液箱(7)，其特征在于：板框过滤器(5)入口端设有圆筒式滤芯(4)，并通过污液管路(2)连至污液箱(1)，且污液管路(2)上设有输液泵(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药液过滤装置，其特征在于：所述板框过滤器(5)中的过滤介质为澄清板。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的药液过滤装置，其特征在于：所述圆筒式滤芯(4)中的过滤介质为滤布。
