Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种可视智能控制保护器,其特点是保护器包括LED显示屏、按键操作面板、探测器、遥控操作面板,探测器直接安装在一次连接电缆及电器上,LED显示屏与探测器通过二次连接电缆相连接,LED显示屏与分合闸开关通过二次连接电缆相连接。本实用新型的优点在于此保护器集控制与保护于一体,可视化、结构新颖模块化、体积小,对环境污染的防护等级高,安装使用及维修操作方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种保护器,属于工业电气领域,尤指一种用于保护用电设备安全的可视智能控制保护器。 
背景技术
现在所用开关箱、配电柜等在技术上没有革新,只是开关电器类在外观、性能方面有所变动,其功能还是在对用电设备的简单分合操作。现在所用产品,品类多功能单一、保护少低、维修繁复、外观质差、作业危险性高、故障判断率低,不能够及时准确的检定、修复故障。 
1、因其生产厂家众多,以至同类产品不同型,不通用。 
2、功能简单,只是对其用电设备的分合操作。 
3、以户内开关箱为例,家装、宾馆、商场大部分用户为其室内美感,而对其遮盖,造成用电的危害性,不利于电器设备的正常运行。 
4、出现故障时不能及时准确判断故障点、故障原因、延误正常用电。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种集控制与保护于一体的、结构模块化、体积小、对环境污染的防护等级高,安装的使用及维修操作方便的可视智能控制保护器。
所述的保护器包括LED显示屏、按键操作面板、探测器、遥控操作面板; 
所述的保护器的一次连接电缆上连接有分合闸开关; 
所述的探测器直接安装在一次连接电缆及电器上; 
所述的保护器与分合闸开关通过二次连接电缆相连接; 
所述的探测器与LED显示屏通过二次连接电缆相连接; 
所述的按键操作面板和LED显示屏整合在一起; 
所述的保护器可同时控制一至十五个从电缆到分合闸开关到用电器的回路。 
本实用新型的优点在于: 
1.具有远距离自动控制和就地直接人工控制功能。     
2.具有面板指示及机电信号报警功能。 
3.具有协调配合的时间-电流保护特性(具有反时限、定时限、和瞬时三段保护特性。     
4.具有断相、过流、堵转、短路、欠流、过压、欠压、漏电、三相不平衡、启动延时(避开启动大电流、与过流动作时间分开)等诸多功能。 
5.本产品对各种运行、故障等状态采用LED显示。具有电压表、电流表功能。 
6.配有对应各功能键及家用遥控器、可对各种参数进行设定和维修;由于本产品采用MCU的E²PROM存储记忆技术,实现参数设定,断电后设定参数仍保存下来,无须再设定。具有故障记忆功能具有RS485通信接口,开放式现场总线(Mod Bus协议),给用户系统集成带来方便,便于用户实现智能化管理。

图1给出本实用新型的结构图,包括LED显示屏1、按键操作面板2、遥控操作面板3、探测器4。 
使用时,探测器4安装在一次连接电缆和电器上,LED显示屏1与分合闸开关通过二次连接电缆相连接,探测器4与LED显示屏1通过二次连接电缆相连接。 
故障发生时,探测器4将探测到的不安全信息发送给保护器,在LED显示屏1上进行显示,可以使用按键操作面板2或遥控操作面板3控制分开闸开关的状态。也可以事先将保护器状态设置成自动,保护器将自动发送信息即分闸命令给分合闸开关,开关关闭,然后报警,通过按键操作面板2或遥控操作面板3来进行欠压、过压、过流、漏电、短路、断相等各参量的设置,调试、检修、故障查修等操作。

1.一种可视智能控制保护器,其特征在于所述的保护器包括LED显示屏、按键操作面板、探测器、遥控操作面板;
所述的保护器的一次连接电缆上连接有分合闸开关;
所述的探测器直接安装在一次连接电缆及电器上;
所述的保护器与分合闸开关通过二次连接电缆相连接;
所述的探测器与LED显示屏通过二次连接电缆相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可视智能控制保护器,其特征在于所述的按键操作面板和LED显示屏整合在一起。
