本实用新型主要应用于气力管道输送领域，涉及一种内含试样瓶及减震块可以装载液体、粉末状及小颗粒状等试样的气力管道输送样盒。
背景技术
在气力管道输送领域中用于装载试样的装置称为样盒。本实用新型做出以前，在已有的技术中，样盒主要用于盛放钢样、票据等体积较大的固体物质，其密封性能、防漏以及防脱盖效果都有很大欠缺，若盛放液体或粉末状的物体则容易导致试样的外泄。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述原有样盒密封性能差、防漏及防脱盖效果差的问题，提出一种耐磨、耐摔、耐冲击及密封和防漏效果好、使用寿命长的气力管道输送样盒。
本实用新型实施的技术方案：本实用新型气力管道输送样盒主要包括外筒体、试样瓶和减震块三大部分；所述外筒体主要由筒体一和筒体二两部分组成，筒体一与筒体二的结合部分别为凹凸结构，这样可以防止样盒在受冲击或外力作用时发生掉盖，所述试样瓶一般装在外筒体内，用于盛放试样；所述减振块既有减震缓冲的作用又可以吸收试样瓶外泄的液体试样，以保证所输送试样不会外泄，造成环境污染及人身安全隐患。

本实用新型气力管道输送样盒主要由外筒体(1)、试样瓶(2)及减震块(3)组成。所述外筒体(1)由筒体一(5)和筒体二(6)组成，筒体一(5)和筒体二(6)的结合部分别为凹凸结构，当施加轴向力压合时，筒体一(5)和筒体二(6)的凹凸部分产生弹性变形，使筒体一(5)与筒体二(6)紧密结合；所述外筒体(1)的内部两端装有减震块(3)，减震块(3)既有减震缓冲的作用又可以吸收试样瓶(2)所外泄的液体试样，所述筒体一(5)和筒体二(6)中装有试样瓶(2)，用于盛放试样，所述筒体一(5)与筒体二(6)上设有供机械装置夹持的位置，在筒体一(5)上设有上启盒位(4)，筒体二(6)上设有下启盒位(7)，以便机械装置夹持样盒，进行开盖或盒盖操作。
