风能作为一种可再生能源,已经引起人们的关注,风力发电机也已经得到广泛应用,在实际应用过程中,风向是不断变化的,可能同时存在多个不同方向的气流,当扇叶受到来自不同方向风时,会降低扇叶的转动速度,产生不稳定的电能,对整个机组的能源效率、机电可靠性、电网容纳度等指标有着相当大的影响,长此以往,会损毁发电机组,造成整个风力发电系统瘫痪。

本实用新型为解决上述问题提供了一种风力发电机,使得扇叶同一时间只受到一个方向上的风,避免扇叶的对风损耗和风力发电机的机械损耗,延长风力发电机使用寿命。

本实用新型所述的一种风力发电机包括支柱和枢接在支柱上的风机,其特征在于:所述支柱的上端枢接风罩,所述风罩为椎状壳体,风罩上设置有贯穿孔,支柱插状在贯穿孔中,风机位于风罩的内部,风罩的内壁与风机的外壳之间固定连接有连接杆。
由于采用了上述结构,本风力发电机在使用时,使得扇叶同一时间只受到一个方向上的风,避免扇叶的对风损耗和风力发电机的机械损耗,延长风力发电机使用寿命,本风力发电机结构简单,制作成本低廉,且可以再现有风机基础上进行改装。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本风力发电机包括支柱1和枢接在支柱1上的风机2,风机2可以随风向的变化而转动。所述支柱1的上端枢接风罩4,所述风罩4为椎状壳体,进风口大于出风口,风罩4上设置有贯穿孔5,支柱1插状在贯穿孔5中,风机2位于风罩4的内部,风罩4的内壁与风机2的外壳之间固定连接有连接杆6。当风机2随着风向转动时,风罩4可以与风机2一起转动,使得风机2始终只接受一个方向上的风。避免侧向风力的不良影响。
