本实用新型涉及一种处理有机物的膜式沼气池,特别涉及一种上半部是聚氯乙烯高分子膜式沼气罩的发酵装置。适合畜禽粪便等有机物的综合处理,废旧、弃用沼气池的恢复维修,属环境工程所需设备。本实用新型由传统沼气池池体、进料口、出料口、聚氯乙烯复合材料膜式沼气罩、出气口组成;将传统混凝土沼气池和高分子聚氯乙烯膜式沼气池结合起来,形成优势互补,提高沼气池的气密性、耐腐蚀性,降低建池成本,延长产气时间,提高处理有机物的效率。本实用新型可解决秸秆、畜禽粪便有机物的处理问题,方便推广。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种处理有机物的膜式沼气池,特别涉及一种上半部是聚氯乙烯高分子膜式沼气罩的发酵装置。适合畜禽粪便等有机物的综合处理,废旧、弃用沼气池的恢复维修,属环境工程所需设备。 
背景技术
发酵法是处理有机废弃物比较理想的处理方式。沼气发酵必须在严格的厌氧环境下才能实现。现有传统的沼气池一般采用砖混结构和混凝土现浇建成,密封采用刷密封剂及七层作法实现厌氧环境。我国北方大部分地区昼夜温差大、土壤盐渍化严重,寒冷、冻融现象、地基下沉严重,这些现象都影响到沼气池的密闭效果,造成厌氧环境被破坏,沼气池报废;另一方面沼气分子直径是混凝土分子直径的四分之一,要实现沼气池的气密性,单单靠刷几遍密封剂是远远不能满足实际需要的。 
发明内容
本发明就是解决沼气池气密性不好、密封层脱落、混凝土裂缝漏气、产气率低等问题,将传统混凝土沼气池和高分子聚氯乙烯膜式沼气池结合起来,形成优势互补,提高沼气池的气密性,降低建池成本,延长产气时间,提高处理有机物的效率。 
本实用新型涉及一种处理有机物的膜式沼气池,特别涉及一种上半部是聚氯乙烯高分子膜式沼气罩的发酵装置。本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种处理有机物的膜式沼气池,其特征在于它包括:传统沼气池池体、进料口、出料口、聚氯乙烯复合材料膜式沼气罩、出气口组成;所述的进料口、出料口与传统沼气池中部连接,传统沼气池的上半部分为聚氯乙烯复合材料膜式沼气罩,它占沼气池池体的二分之一,膜式沼气罩通过粘贴或预埋件或锁扣方式与传统沼气池池体连接,形成一个整体,膜式沼气罩顶部与出气口连接。本实用新型的主要目标为:(1)利用高分子复合材料的分子直径小于沼气分子的特点,将沼气池上部采用高分子材料增加沼气池的气密性、耐腐蚀性,通过传统混凝土沼气池和高分子聚氯乙烯膜式沼气罩相结合,降低建池成本,提高发酵效率和产气率;(2)系统中有高分子聚氯乙烯膜式沼气罩,可以改造废弃沼气池;(3)系统中进出料口位于沼气池中部,高分子聚氯乙烯膜式沼气罩下方,方便进出料,增加气密性,有利于畜禽粪便及农作物秸秆的综合处理利用;(4)本处理有机物的发酵装置结构合理,简单,节能效果明显,底部可以安装搅拌及加热装置,方便维修,易于推广,综合效益高。 
本实用新型的有益效果:1、系统设计了高分子聚氯乙烯膜式沼气罩装置,增加沼气池的 气密性,可高效率处理有机废弃物,同时提高了沼气的产量,有机物的利用率较高;2、系统中高分子聚氯乙烯膜式沼气罩装置,可改造维修废弃、破旧沼气池,经济效益好;3、系统设计了进出料口位于沼气池中部,高分子聚氯乙烯膜式沼气罩下方,且液面位于沼气池上部位置,增加气密性、耐腐蚀性好;4、系统设计了膜式沼气罩通过粘贴、预埋件、锁扣方式与传统沼气池池体连接,形成一个整体,使产气和不产气时,膜式沼气罩稳定运行,方便维修。本实用新型结构合理,适合推广使用。

具体实施方式一:如图所示的是一种处理有机物的膜式沼气池,它包括:传统沼气池池体、进料口、出料口、聚氯乙烯复合材料膜式沼气罩、出气口组成;所述的进料口、出料口与传统沼气池中部连接,传统沼气池的上半部分为聚氯乙烯复合材料膜式沼气罩,它占沼气池池体的二分之一,膜式沼气罩通过粘贴或预埋件或锁扣方式与传统沼气池池体连接,形成一个整体,膜式沼气罩顶部与出气口连接。安装时将传统沼气池的上半部分进行预埋件安装或锁扣的安装或粘贴布的安装,然后将占池体二分之一的聚氯乙烯复合材料膜式沼气罩进行固定,使之与传统沼气池成为一体,将顶部的出气口与池外的气管连接,运行时注入发酵料液,液面高度到池体的三分之二,超过沼气罩与传统沼气池的连接线位置,发酵后产生沼气液面下降,通过压力控制使液面始终在沼气罩与传统沼气池的连接线位置上方运行,增加池体的耐腐蚀性和气密性,沼气池高效生产沼气。

如图所示,本实施方式所述的沼气池的池体为圆柱体、球体、椭球体,相应的膜式沼气罩为其体积的二分之一,为半圆柱体、半球体、半椭球体。

如图所示,本实施方式所述的膜式沼气罩其组成成分为聚丙烯、聚乙烯软片、高强低弹型涤纶纤维织物、尼龙、橡胶组成。 
具体实施方式四: 
如图所示,本实施方式所述的膜式沼气罩其下半部分有四至六根水平拉杆,它可以加固沼气罩,并可以起到破壳的作用。

如图所示,本实施方式所述的膜式沼气罩其采用喷塑或滚涂的方式与传统沼气池连接为一体,形成致密的膜。

如图所示,本实施方式所述的进出料口由顶部插入沼气池中部,出气口位于池体侧面上部。

1.一种处理有机物的膜式沼气池,其特征是:它由传统沼气池池体、进料口、出料口、聚氯乙烯复合材料膜式沼气罩、出气口组成;所述的进料口、出料口与传统沼气池中部连接,传统沼气池的上半部分为聚氯乙烯复合材料膜式沼气罩,它占沼气池池体的二分之一,膜式沼气罩通过粘贴或预埋件或锁扣方式与传统沼气池池体连接,形成一个整体,膜式沼气罩顶部与出气口连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理有机物的膜式沼气池,其特征是:沼气池的池体为圆柱体、球体、椭球体,相应的膜式沼气罩为其体积的二分之一,为半圆柱体、半球体、半椭球体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理有机物的膜式沼气池,其特征是:膜式沼气罩其下半部分有四至六根水平拉杆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理有机物的膜式沼气池,其特征是:膜式沼气罩其采用喷塑或滚涂的方式与传统沼气池连接为一体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理有机物的膜式沼气池,其特征是:进出料口由顶部插入沼气池中部,出气口位于池体侧面上部。
