一种防柏油粘鞋装置，其包括一个底板，底板被分为三个部分，每个部分之间通过合页连接在一起；底板上设置有若干个鞋钉，鞋钉是通过螺母固定在底板上的，底板前端及左右两侧各设有一个卡扣。
