本实用新型属于一种高效气体放电灯,具体涉及一种陶瓷氙气金卤灯,即一种高效节能气体放电灯。 
背景技术
目前道路照明等光源主要采用高压钠灯、金属卤化物灯、无极灯和LED灯,高压钠灯和金卤灯只有在较大功率下才能发挥高光效,其功率大、能耗高且造成一定的光污染,同时高压钠灯光色温低,显色性差,照明轮廓模糊,物体颜色失真,影响城市美化量化效果;传统金卤灯虽然色温较高,但其使用寿命较短;无极灯和LED灯,虽然功率较小,色温和显色性较好,但无极灯光效较低,不能用于主要道路照明,LED灯初始光效较高,但衰减较快,还有一些技术难题没有解决,同时LED价格较贵,目前很难大面积推广;还有氙气灯,氙气灯虽然光效高,可瞬间启动,但使用寿命较短,主要用于汽车大灯照明,很难在工程中照明。随着现代技术发展和能源的日趋紧张,节能减排越来越显得重要,同时随着太阳能光伏的应用,太阳能路灯、太阳能庭院灯等太阳能照明逐步走向市场,但太阳能路灯光源目前只局限与LED光源,开发一种小功率、高光效的路灯光源用于路灯节能和太阳能照明光源是节能减排的紧迫任务。 
发明内容
为了解决城市路灯照明节电和高效太阳能路灯光源匮乏的问题,本实用新型提供了一种新型陶瓷氙气金卤灯即一种新型的高效气体放电灯,把氙气灯的高光效和陶瓷金卤灯的长寿命结合在一起,实现高光效、长寿命、小功率和能瞬间启动,在一个石英玻璃外泡壳里封装一个小的内石英泡壳,在小的内石英泡壳里封装一个陶瓷氙气金卤灯电弧管,在电弧管里填充发光物质,充入一定的高纯氙气、85Kr等特殊气体,然后再进行封装,则得到一种陶瓷氙气金卤灯灯泡。 
本实用新型为实现其目的所采取的技术方案:一种新型陶瓷氙气金卤灯,包括:外石英玻璃泡壳,内石英玻璃泡壳,陶瓷氙气金卤灯电弧管,发光物质,电极杆,焊料环,灯头。首先在真空手套箱的高温炉中,把陶瓷氙气金卤灯电弧管的一端与电极杆由焊料环密封,在正空手套箱中进行充气清洗,再放置发光物质, 充入一定比例的高纯氙气、85Kr气体,在高温焊接炉中把电弧管的另一端与电极杆由焊料环密封,把封装好的陶瓷氙气金卤灯电弧管密封在小的石英玻壳里,陶瓷氙气金卤灯电弧管的两端电极分别穿过小石英玻壳的两级,实行双端封装,小的石英灯内胆已封装完成,小石英灯内胆的两端电极丝,分别与大石英泡壳里的灯芯支柱的电极杆的两级相连,把外石英泡壳进行密封,外石英泡壳空腔内抽成真空或充入氮气保护,灯芯柱的电极丝分别连接在灯头的金属套和灯泡底端的触点上,这样灯头旋入灯座中,与外接镇流器构成回路。 
本实用新型的有益效果: 
1、由于采用了高纯氙气作为发光气体,大大提高了电弧管的发光效率。 
2、由于添加了微量的85Kr气体作为点火助剂,大大降低了电灯触发电压,延长了电弧管的使用寿命。 
3、由于采用了透明陶瓷材料作为电弧管的泡壳,大大降低了钠离子的渗析,使电弧管的光衰很小。 
由于采用了上述技术方案,从而使本实用新型解决了石英氙气金卤灯的不足,与石英金卤灯相比,大大增加了电弧管的光效和使用寿命,便于推广,利于节能减排。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本实用新型主要包括:1、外石英玻璃泡壳,2、内石英玻璃泡壳,3、陶瓷氙气金卤灯电弧管,4、发光物质,5、电极杆,6、焊料环,7、灯头。实施时把3陶瓷氙气金卤灯电弧管的一端插入5电极杆,调整5电极杆在电弧管中的位置,在真空手套箱的高温炉中,用6焊料环把5电极杆和3陶瓷氙气金卤灯电弧管焊接在一起,然后,在真空手套箱中,对电弧管进行充气清洗,把4发光物质放入陶瓷氙气灯电弧管中,按一定的比例充入高纯氙气和85Kr,在手套箱的高温炉中,把另一根5电极杆插入3陶瓷氙气灯电弧管另一端中,调整5 电极杆在电弧管中的位置,用6焊料环把5电极管和3陶瓷氙气灯电弧管焊接在一起,把焊接好的3陶瓷氙气灯电弧管,封装在2内石英玻璃泡壳内,2内石英玻璃泡壳的空腔抽成真空,进行单端或双端封装,2内石英玻璃泡两端或单端的电极丝分别点焊在1外石英玻璃泡灯芯柱的支杆上,把1外石英玻璃泡壳密封,1外石英玻璃泡壳密封的空腔抽成真空或充入氮气保护,把灯芯柱的引出电极丝分别焊接在7灯头上,把灯泡旋入灯座内,接上镇流器和电源,通电后镇流器触发,陶瓷氙气金卤灯电弧管开始发光工作。 
这样把氙气灯的高光效和陶瓷金卤灯的长寿命结合在一起,实现高光效、长寿命、小功率和能瞬间启动,可谓一举两得,具有很大的实用价值。

1.一种新型陶瓷氙气金卤灯,包括:外石英玻璃泡壳,内石英玻璃泡壳,陶瓷氙气金卤灯电弧管,发光物质,电极杆,焊料环,灯头,其特征在于所述的新型陶瓷氙气金卤灯在一个石英玻璃外泡壳里封装一个小石英泡壳,在小石英泡壳里陶瓷氙气金卤灯电弧管,外石英玻璃泡壳内被抽成真空或注入一定的氮气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型陶瓷氙气金卤灯,其特征在于陶瓷氙气金卤灯电弧管是椭球型、圆柱形和圆球形结构的,电弧管与电极的连接是由焊料环高温融化粘接。
