本实用新型公开一种手动调节阻力矩的调隙螺母,其主要由一螺接于丝杆上的螺母本体和套设于该螺母本体外的调隙齿套组成;所述的螺母主体由一带内螺纹的主半螺母与一带外螺纹的副半螺母螺接而成,所述的主、副半螺母具有齿形外表面;所述的调隙齿套内具有与主、副半螺母外表面齿形配合套接的齿面。于副半螺母上设置有防止调隙齿套轴向窜动的垫圈。本实用新型摒弃了现有技术中无法调节间隙的螺母结构。当丝杆副因磨损而出现间隙时,可手动调节两半螺母的距离来消除丝杆副的间隙,并用齿套来固定。其不仅噪声小,且运动平稳。此结构的调隙螺母特别适用于小螺距的调节。

本实用新型涉及丝杆副的结构改进,尤其指螺母的结构改进。 
背景技术
现有技术中的丝杆副结构如图3所示,螺接的丝杆1’和螺母2’在运动过程中极易因磨损出现运动间隙,运动间隙会加大了线性运动定位误差及出现重复定位,造成了噪音大、运动精度减低等问题。现有技术中也有解决该间隙问题的方法,但仍存在零配件更换麻烦、生产成本高的问题。 
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种结构简单的手动调节阻力矩的调隙螺母。该调隙螺母适用于零间隙、小阻力矩传动系统的手动调节,其噪声小、运动平稳。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型技术方案为: 
手动调节阻力矩的调隙螺母,其主要由一螺接于丝杆上的螺母本体和套设于该螺母本体外的调隙齿套组成;所述的螺母主体由一带内螺纹的主半螺母与一带外螺纹的副半螺母螺接而成,所述的主、副半螺母具有齿形外表面;所述的调隙齿套内具有与主、副半螺母外表面齿形配合套接的齿面。 
于副半螺母上各设置有防止调隙齿套轴向窜动的弹性垫圈。 
上述技术方案的有益之处在于: 
本实用新型摒弃了现有技术中无法调节间隙的螺母结构。其将螺母主体设置为两个可调节螺距的半螺母,并外套一调隙齿套以保证调整好的两半螺母间距的固定。并为防止调隙齿套的轴向窜动,于两半螺母上分别设置有弹性垫圈。当丝杆副因磨损而出现间隙时,可手动调节两半螺母的螺距来消除丝杆副的间隙,并用齿套来固定。其不仅噪声小,且运动平稳。

具体实施方式
现结合附图和实施例说明本实用新型。 
如图1、2所示的手动调节阻力矩的调隙螺母,其主要由一螺接于丝杆1上的螺母本体2和套设于该螺母本体2外的调隙齿套3组成。所述的螺母主体2由一带内螺纹221的主半螺母22与一带外螺纹211的副半螺母21螺接而成,所述的主、副半螺母22、21具有齿形外表面222、212;所述的调隙齿套3内具有与主、副半螺母22、21外表面齿形配合套接的齿面31。于主、副半螺母22、21上还分别设置有防止调隙齿套3轴向窜动的弹性O形垫圈4、5。 
当丝杆副因磨损而出现间隙时,先取出O形垫圈4,推出调隙齿套3, 手动调节两半螺母21、22以消除丝杆副的间隙,再推入调隙齿套3紧套于两半螺母21、22上,使两半螺母21、22不出现径向转动。套上O形垫圈4,使调隙齿套3不会出现轴向窜动。此结构的调隙螺母特别适用于小螺距的调节。

1.手动调节阻力矩的调隙螺母,特征在于:其主要由一螺接于丝杆上的螺母本体和套设于该螺母本体外的调隙齿套组成;所述的螺母主体由一带内螺纹的主半螺母与一带外螺纹的副半螺母螺接而成,所述的主、副半螺母具有齿形外表面;所述的调隙齿套内具有与主、副半螺母外表面齿形配合套接的齿面。
2.如权利要求1所述的手动调节阻力矩的调隙螺母,特征在于:于副半螺母上各设置有防止调隙齿套轴向窜动的弹性垫圈。
