背景技术
现有技术的回火炉的热风机都是内置式，内置式热风机对热风机的受热要求较高，且内置式热风机基本上是与炉体成整体式，对于维修与更换造成极大的不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种结构简单、实用的新型的连续式去应力回火炉的外置热风机。
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的：
一种连续式去应力回火炉的外置热风机，其特征在于：主要包括电动机1、固定板2、叶轮3；所述的电动机1上装设固定板2，固定板2上设有数个螺丝孔；叶轮3采用螺栓连接装设于电动机1的转轴上；所述的固定板2位于电动机1与叶轮3之间。
所述的固定板2上装设有隔热层4；所述的隔热层4位于固定板2与叶轮3之间。
本实用新型优点在于外置式对于热风机自身的受热要求不高，从而降低其生产成本；其可与炉体独立拆除，对于热风机的维修与更换带来很好的便利。
综上所述，本实用新型结构简单、操作方便实用的一种连续式去应力回火炉的外置热风机。

如图1所示，一种连续式去应力回火炉的外置热风机，其特征在于：主要包括电动机1、固定板2、叶轮3；所述的电动机1上装设固定板2，固定板2上设有数个螺丝孔；叶轮3采用螺栓连接装设于电动机1的转轴上；所述的固定板2位于电动机1与叶轮3之间。
所述的固定板2上装设有隔热层4；所述的隔热层4位于固定板2与叶轮3之间；隔热层4可保证炉体内的温度不易外漏。
将固定板2固定于炉体上，用螺丝旋紧即可使用。
