Abstract

本实用新型提供一种烟气轮机转子,包括主轴,通过拉杆螺栓固定在主轴上的轮盘,以及通过动叶片锁片固定用轮盘上的动叶片。其中,轮盘上开有U槽,动叶片锁片一端插入动叶片槽内,另一端弯曲内置于轮盘的U形槽内。该转子避免动叶片锁片突出于轮盘端面外,从而缩小烟气轮机中转子中轮盘后端面与排气壳体前端梳齿环的间隙,改善密封效果,减少排气损失,提高其效率,同时,将动叶片锁片一端内置于轮盘U形槽内后一方面避免催化剂堆积严重,另方面减小对动叶片锁片的冲刷,保证长周期安全运行。主要用于单极或双极烟气轮机中。

本实用新型涉及一种烟气轮机部件,特别是涉及一种烟气轮机转子。 
背景技术
烟气轮机是将烟气中的热能和压力能通过膨胀做功变为机械能的高速旋转机构。其中,烟气轮机转子由主轴、固定在主轴上的轮盘,以及固定在轮盘上的动叶片组成。动叶片通过动叶片锁片固定,动叶片锁片一端插入动叶片槽内,另一端直接弯曲压靠在轮盘后端面上。该结构动叶片锁片突出于轮盘端面之外,存于以下缺点:其一,在高速旋转中会产生涡流;其二动叶片受冲刷,从而影响动叶片锁紧,不能长期安全运行;其三,造成轮盘后端面与排气壳体前端梳齿环的间隙过大,从而排气损失较大,工作效率较低。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点,提供一种排气损失小,工作效率高,运行周期长,且运行安全可靠的烟气轮机转子。 
本实用新型烟气轮机转子包括主轴,固定在主轴上的轮盘,以及通过动叶片锁片固定在轮盘上的动叶片。其中,轮盘上开用U槽,动叶片锁片一端插入动叶片槽内,另一端弯曲内置于轮盘的U形槽内,动叶片锁片与动叶片一一对应,即一个动叶片通过一个动叶片锁片固定在轮盘上。轮盘一般通过8组拉杆螺栓固定在主轴上。 
本实用新型烟气轮机转子的工作原理是,高温、高速烟气驱驶动叶片转动,动叶片带动轮盘及主轴转动,烟气轮机进入工作状态。 
本实用新型烟气轮机转子的优点在于其一,解决动叶片锁片突出于轮盘之外,从而避免高速旋转过程中产生涡流,其二,解说解决因动叶片锁片受冲刷后失去锁紧的问题,加大了安全系数,保证长期安全运行;其三,防止因动叶片锁片锁紧不到位出现摩擦后造成的开机故障;其四,缩小了轮盘后端面与排气壳体前端梳齿环的间隙,改善密封效果,减少排气损失,提高其效率。

具体实施方式
本实用新型烟气轮机转子包括主轴5,通过拉杆螺栓4固定在主轴5上的轮盘3,以及通过动叶片锁片2固定用轮盘3上的动叶片1。其中,轮盘3上开用U槽6,动叶片锁片2一端插入动叶片1槽内,另一端弯曲内置于轮盘3的U形槽6内。

1.一种烟气轮机转子,包括主轴,固定在主轴上的轮盘,以及通过动叶片锁片固定在轮盘上的动叶片,其特征在于轮盘上开用U形槽,动叶片锁片一端插入动叶片槽内,另一端弯曲内置于轮盘的U形槽内。
2.如权利要求1所述的烟气轮机转子,其特征在于轮盘通过8组拉杆螺栓固定在主轴上。
