本实用新型公开了一种用于太阳能海水淡化的汽水分离器,其特点是该汽水分离器主要包括分离容器体、分离筒和与分离容器体连接的分离容器盖,分离筒顶部固定在分离容器盖上,分离容器体的侧面中部设置进汽口,分离容器体的底部设置出水口,分离容器盖的中心设置出汽口,分离筒壁上分布透气孔。其优点是结构科学合理,采用本实用新型能使汽水混合物中的水有效地分离出来,分离后的汽体重新循环,汽水分离效果好,产水率高。

用于太阳能海水淡化的汽水分离器
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽水分离器,具体地说是一种用于太阳能海水淡化的汽水分离器。
(二)背景技术
采用蒸馏法进行海水淡化的原理是海水在蒸发腔受热蒸发形成水蒸汽,水蒸汽通过风机的动力进入换热器,部分水蒸汽被冷凝成淡水,而未被冷凝的水蒸汽随风机的动力作用返回装置的蒸发腔,继续受热蒸发,形成水蒸汽的循环。目前,小型太阳能海水淡化的装置运行时,水蒸汽通过风机的动力进入换热器管内,水蒸汽在换热器管内被管外室温空气冷凝成淡水,此时被冷凝得到的淡水与未被冷凝的部分水蒸汽在换热管内形成汽水混合物,汽水混合物未经分离使淡水又与未冷凝的水蒸汽一起被返回海水淡化装置的蒸发腔。冷凝下来的淡水得不到回收,汽水分离是影响整个装置的产水效率的重要因素。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决上述问题而提供一种用于太阳能海水淡化的汽水分离器。它能及时回收换热器冷凝下来的淡水,降低汽水混合物中的湿度,更有利于水蒸汽的冷凝,大大提高整个装置的产水效率。
本实用新型的目的由以下技术方案实现:该汽水分离器主要包括分离容器体、分离筒和与分离容器体连接的分离容器盖,分离筒顶部固定在在分离容器盖上,分离容器体的侧面中部设置进汽口,分离容器体的底部设置出水口,分离容器盖的中心设置出汽口,分离筒壁上分布透气孔。
为防止分离筒上的透气孔因堵塞阻碍汽水混合物中的汽体进入分离筒内,分离容器盖与分离容器体为可拆连接,以便打开分离容器盖,清洗或更换连在分离容器盖上的分离筒。
本实用新型的优点是结构科学合理,采用本实用新型能使汽水混合物中的水有效地分离出来,分离后的汽体重新循环,汽水分离效果好,产水率高。

(五)具体实施方式
结合附图说明:
分离容器体1可以呈正方形、圆柱形,图1显示为圆柱形;分离容器体1与分离容器盖7二者连接为可拆卸连接,图1显示法兰连接,用螺栓8紧固;分离容器体1的侧面中部设置进汽口3,分离容器体1的底部设置出水口4,分离容器盖7的中心设置出汽口5;分离筒2顶部连在分离容器盖7上,分离筒2壁上有许多透气孔6,图2显示透气孔6分布均匀。
工作时,汽水混合物通过风机的动力由进汽口3进入分离容器体1内,汽水混合物中的淡水受到分离筒2的阻挡而聚集下来,通过重力作用流入分离容器体1的底部从出水口4流出回收;汽水混合物中的汽体穿过分离筒2壁上的透气孔6扩散到分离筒2内,通过出汽口5进行再循环。

1.一种用于太阳能海水淡化的汽水分离器,其特征在于它主要包括分离容器体(1)、分离筒(2)和与分离容器体(1)连接的分离容器盖(7),分离筒(2)顶部固定在分离容器盖(7)上,分离容器体(1)的侧面中部设置进汽口(3),分离容器体(1)的底部设置出水口(4),分离容器盖(7)的中心设置出汽口(5),分离筒(2)壁上分布透气孔(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能海水淡化的汽水分离器,其特征在于分离容器盖(7)与分离容器体(1)为可拆连接。
