现有的汽车生产过程中，会涉及到很多的线路，在每条线路上都安装有保险丝，则可以避免出现电线引起的起火现象，但如果随意安装导致保险丝接在一起，反而形成了更大的安全隐患，在实际生产过程中也有用接线盒的，但结构一直不是很合理，盒体上盖、主体、下盖之间的切合不稳固，容易出现自然裂开的现象，安装使用起来很不方便，而且影响美观。

一种汽车保险丝盒下盖，包括有盖体，其特征在于所述盖体前端底部凸起，凸起段侧面有出线孔，盖体开口四周有若干个塑料卡片，盖体后部弯曲，盖体一侧靠后部弯曲处有过线孔一，盖体后湍有过线孔二，过线孔二底部有导槽，盖体开口边沿内凹。
本实用新型主要是配合接线盒主体使用，通过塑料卡片与主体卡槽配合，使下盖与主体粗切合，在盖体开口边沿设置有内凹，与主体下沿精密切合，因此相互间结构较为稳固，因此能很好的保护汽车保险丝，不易开裂，设有多处出线孔，不仅可以及时散去电路产生的热量，而且使线路有序排放便于检修，提高使用安全系数，整体外形按照汽车各重要部件安装后的剩余空间来设计的，结构合理，节省空间，安装方便。
