技术领域
本实用新型主要涉及一种管道排气装置，尤其涉及一种双口排气阀。
背景技术
排气阀应用于独立采暖系统、集中供热系统、采暖锅炉、中央空调、地板采暖及太阳能采暖系统等管道排气。因为水中通常都溶有一定的空气，而且空气的溶解度随着温度的升高而减少，这样水在循环的过程中气体逐渐从水中分离出来，并逐渐聚在一起形成大的气泡甚至气柱，因为有水的补充，所以经常有气体产生。由于气体的产生，管道在运转时会出现水中断、停电、停泵管道及时出现负压会引起管道振动或破裂等现象。目前已有的排气阀，都是采用阀体、阀盖、浮球等组成的结构，浮球位于阀体内，无论是进气还是排气，浮球都是在阀体内做无规则运动，从而降低了排气阀的工作效率，从而影响了排气阀的正常工作，导致管道振动或破裂。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了弥补已有技术的不足，提供了一种双口排气阀，解决了浮球的无规则运动降低排气阀的工作效率，阀体外杂物进入阀体内会影响浮球的运动等问题。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种双口排气阀，包括有筒形阀体，所述阀体上端固定安装有阀盖，所述阀盖上设有出气口，所述出气口上方固定安装有阀帽，所述阀帽周边设有透气孔，且安装有防尘罩，且出气口下端安装有环形密封垫，所述阀体底端设有进流口接头，所述进流口接头内设有支承板，所述支承板上固定安装有竖向的导柱，所述导柱上竖向滑动安装有不锈钢浮球，所述导柱位于出气口的正下方。
其工作原理为：排气状态时，浮球由于顺水和重力作用沿筒形浮球托架运到到其底部，使出气口出现空隙，空气就通过此空隙由排气孔排出；空气排完时，水进入阀体内，浮球会随着水的浮力沿导柱上升，正好堵住出气口，停止排气，防止出现停电、停泵，管内水流空时随时出现负压等现象，且管内一旦出现负压时，此阀能迅速吸入空气，以保管道因负压所产生损坏，确保管道安全。
本实用新型的优点是：
本实用新型结构简单、安装使用方便，使浮球沿着导柱运动，避免了无规则运动，阻碍浮球的运动，影响了排气阀的工作效率，适用于输水的管道中。
