本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
工具铲，包括握杆，所述握杆为分段可调节式的伸缩杆，位于握杆前端设置有铲片和毛刷，在握杆表面设有软胶体。

参照图1，工具铲，包括握杆1，所述握杆1为分段可调节式的伸缩杆，位于握杆1前端设置有铲片2和毛刷3，在握杆1表面设有软胶体。
由于本实用新型采用可分段式调节的伸缩杆作为握杆1，该结构提高了工具铲使用的灵活性，一方面便于不同身高的人使用，另一方面可以适用于对不同地面、建筑物环境上的积雪进行清扫，通过握杆前端的铲片2既可以铲雪，又可以铲冰块，而毛刷3可以对汽车或其它建筑物顶面或斜面上的积雪进行清扫，握杆1表面所设的软胶体便于人手抓握，通过上述结构极大的提高了产品的适用性，使用起来十分方便。
在本实用新型中，所述铲片2表面设有多条加强筋4，通过该结构可以提高铲片2的强度。
