本实用新型涉及一种皮革制品,尤其是一种再生革,即胶原纤维还原革。
背景技术
传统的再生革都是将各种皮革和动物皮的边角废料粉碎成粉末,然后通过粘合剂或热熔纤维将粉末粘合、压制成整块的再生革。近年来,市场上出现了一种胶原纤维还原革基布,它是将各种皮革和动物皮的边角废料先提炼出胶原纤维,再将胶原纤维编织成网状,针刺加固成革基布。这种胶原纤维还原革基布的胶原纤维构成立体的网状结构,与动物真皮的真皮层中的胶原纤维结构相似,因而其力学性能,吸湿性,透气性,阻燃性等与真皮接近。但这种胶原纤维还原革基布表面粗糙,不能直接用来制作皮衣、沙发、箱包、皮鞋等最终皮制品。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种仿真皮效果良好的胶原纤维还原革,其表面细腻,可直接制作皮衣、沙发、箱包、皮鞋等最终皮制品。
为此,本实用新型所提出的技术解决方案是,一种胶原纤维还原革,主要由胶原纤维还原革基布构成基布层,在该基布层上面粘结固化一薄层树脂层,且该树脂层表面分布有仿真皮的皮纹。
由上可见,本实用新型以与真皮性能接近的胶原纤维还原革基布为基材,其上粘结固化薄薄的树脂层,表面又有仿真皮的皮纹,因而仿真皮效果良好,而且树脂层表面细腻,这样的胶原纤维还原革可直接制作皮衣、沙发、箱包、皮鞋等最终皮制品。

具体实施方式
实施例1如图1、图2所示,基布层1为胶原纤维还原革基布,其胶原纤维构成立体网状结构,与动物真皮中的真皮层中的胶原纤维结构相似,其性能与真皮接近。在基布层1上粘结固化一层薄薄的树脂层2。该树脂层2的材料一般为聚氨酯(PU)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂。然后,用常规的离型纸法在树脂层2表面印上仿各种动物真皮的皮纹3。由于这个皮纹3是由离型纸上的皮纹转移印上去的,所以这个皮纹3是光滑平整的图案型皮纹30。
实施例2与实施例1的区别在于皮纹3的实施方式不同,即皮纹的构造不同,如图3所示,实施例2的皮纹3是凹凸型皮纹,即在树脂层2表面分布有一组凹槽31以及凹槽31之间的凸起32。这种凹凸型皮纹是在树脂层2的树脂固化前通过花辊轧印方法压制上去的。花辊上刻有仿动物真皮皮纹的凹槽和凸起,花辊压印后将树脂层2固化,树脂层2表面就形成了凹凸型皮纹。

1.一种胶原纤维还原革,主要由胶原纤维还原革基布构成基布层(1),其特征是:在所述基布层(1)上面还粘结固化一薄层树脂层(2),且树脂层(2)的表面分布有仿真皮的皮纹(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶原纤维还原革,其特征是:所述皮纹(3)是印制在树脂层(2)表面的光滑平整的图案型皮纹(30)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胶原纤维还原革,其特征是:所述皮纹(3)是凹凸型皮纹,由一组凹槽(31)和凹槽(31)之间的凸起(32)构成。
