本实用新型涉及塑胶产品结构，具体地说是一种塑胶产品防缩水凸柱结构。
背景技术
塑胶产品凸柱的结构一般采用圆柱形，为了保证凸柱强度和装配性能，其圆柱形凸柱的壁厚一般都较厚，此种凸柱装配于肉厚较薄的产品，很容易导致产品的表面出现缩水痕，影响产品的外观，无法满足客户的需求。
请参阅图1和图2，分别为已知技术中的凸柱结构示意图和剖面结构示意图。凸柱10为了满足装配要求，其壁厚较厚，而产品20的肉厚较薄，按照此种结构注塑成型，产品20的表面就会出现缩水区域30，造成产品20的外观不良，无法满足客户的需求。
实用新型内容
有鉴于上述课题，已知技术中的塑胶产品凸柱结构，会导致产品外观出现缩水痕。本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足与缺陷，提供一种塑胶产品防缩水凸柱结构。
本实用新型提供了一种塑胶产品防缩水凸柱结构，该凸柱为齿轮形状，其壁厚不大于产品肉厚的0.5倍，该凸柱表面设有至少一加强肋条，该加强肋条根部与产品连接，增强该凸柱的强度，且该加强肋条的宽度不大于产品肉厚的0.5倍。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型结构设计简单，良好的解决了产品外观出现缩水痕的现象，对于肉厚较薄的镜面产品，也能满足其生产需求，大大提升了客户对此类产品的满意程度。

本实用新型中凸柱101的结构设计简单，良好的解决了产品104外观出现缩水痕的现象，对于肉厚较薄的镜面产品，也能满足其生产需求，大大提升了客户对此类产品的满意程度。
