本实用新型涉及一种碳纤维石英加热管,包括碳纤维加热丝,连接电源的导线接入端、导线输出端与碳纤维加热丝连接形成回路,碳纤维加热丝外设有石英管。本实用新型有益的效果是:一、内部结构简单,采用碳纤维丝为发热元件,可以在高温空气中长期稳定工作,不会被氧化、更不会烧坏,碳纤维在通电工作时,随温度升高电阻减小,从原理上排除了金属丝在通电工作时由于“电阻瓶颈效应”而烧断的故障;二、石英管是一种能在1000℃以上各种恶劣环境中稳定工作的透光材料,使用寿命长,大约为6000-8000小时,石英管壁将热能直接送到热水器储水箱中,不需要经过任何中间介质传递热能,且远红外辐射对人体有保健作用。

本实用新型涉及一种电热管,尤其是一种碳纤维石英加热管。
背景技术
大多数使用的电加热器都是将金属发热芯体置于金属管壳内,当每次接通电源瞬间,由于温度低,电阻小,电流比正常工作时大一倍以上,加重损伤金属电阻丝,久而久之金属电阻丝就容易烧断。也有部分采用碳纤维加热管接通电源后在金属管内发热,但通过金属管壁的热量传导对水进行加热,不仅热效率较低,而且不便对碳纤维加热管进行更换。且市场中尚未能提供适用于太阳能热水器的“单端插入式”电热管,市场提供的电源线通过一端进入石英管,从石英管另一端引出导线,无法供目前的太阳能热水管做辅助加热器作用。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种稳定可靠,热效率高的碳纤维石英加热管。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:这种碳纤维石英加热管,包括碳纤维加热丝,连接电源的导线接入端、导线输出端与碳纤维加热丝连接形成回路,碳纤维加热丝外设有石英管。
作为优选,导线接入口、导线输出端由石英管的同一端引入和引出,方便于太阳能热水器中的辅助加热器作用。

实施例:如图1,内部为碳纤维加热丝3,外部设有石英管4,使用耐高温高可靠水密封技术,使连接碳纤维加热丝3的导线接入端1和导线输出端2由石英管4的同一端引出,并从热水器中引出,连接电源,并于插入式金属基座之间设有100%可靠的水密封和100%高绝缘电密封。

1.一种碳纤维石英加热管,包括碳纤维加热丝(3),连接电源的导线接入端(1)、导线输出端(2)与碳纤维加热丝(3)连接,其特征是:碳纤维加热丝(3)外设有石英管(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维石英加热管,其特征是:导线接入口(1)、导线输出端(2)由石英管(4)的同一端引出。
