一、技术领域

二、背景技术
红外线燃烧气具中使用的陶瓷燃烧板,特别是大型的圆形燃烧板,是由多块扇形板和中心一块圆形拼成的。由于燃烧板不规则且接缝多,在装配中极易出现缝隙,使用红外线燃烧气具时会出现回火现象。
三、实用新型技术内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述大型蜂窝陶瓷燃烧板存在的缺陷,提供一种边沿带斜度的红外线陶瓷燃烧板。
为实现所述目的,本实用新型依据了如下的技术方案。边沿带斜度的红外线陶瓷燃烧板是由扇形燃烧板、骨架构成和上压板组成,其特征是在扇形燃烧板与骨架结合处留有楔型空间,空间内充填粘结泥,上压板盖在扇形燃烧板与骨架结合处。
本实用新型的优越之处在于在燃烧板自重与上压板的压力下,可使扇形燃烧板与骨架粘结得更加紧密,以消除炉盘的回火现象。

本实用新型的具体结构请参照附图1和附图2。边沿带斜度的红外线陶瓷燃烧板是由扇形燃烧板1、骨架3和上压板2组成,其特征是在扇形燃烧板1与骨架3结合处留有楔型空间4,空间内充填粘结泥,上压板盖2在扇形燃烧板1与骨架3结合处。具体制作时是在扇形燃烧板1侧面设计一个斜面,使扇形燃烧板1与骨架3之间有一个充填粘结泥楔型空间4。在燃烧板1自重与上压板2的压力下,可使扇形燃烧板1与骨架3之间粘结得更加紧密,以消除炉盘的回火现象。
