现有技术中,有一种磁性书写板,如需要擦除字迹时,必须移动书写板背面的磁条将自己清除。这种方式必须一次性清除磁条经过的全部区域的字迹,而不能随心所欲的擦除某一部分。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提出一种对磁性书写板进行任意擦除的磁性黑板擦。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种磁性黑板擦,包括铁氧体永磁磁块及置于该铁氧体永磁磁块底面的底板,及封包该铁氧体永磁磁块的海绵。
本实用新型能够实现对磁性书写板的任意擦除,且结构简单,加工方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,图中方形的铁氧体永磁磁块1的外表面封包有海绵2,在铁氧体永磁磁块1的底面贴有底板3。当书写笔磁头在充分含定量铁粉油脂糊的蜂窝状密封板面上接触运行时,铁粉随之被吸附在面板上留成线条痕迹。磁性黑板擦内磁块与蜂窝坑内铁粉隔海绵层保持一定距离,手持磁性黑板擦从板正面擦到之处,因磁感应使铁粉呈线状重新排列,以线一端吸附在面板上,由于铁粉细磨到单畴颗粒1um以下,因而看不清楚,视为擦净,痕迹消失。磁性黑板擦为铁氧体永磁块,用15mm左右厚的海绵封包成型,磁块的声誉磁感应强度Br为3950~4100GS。
