背景技术 在人们生活中，碗具是最重要的餐具之一。曾有和现有的碗具，采用碗体和碗座的一体式设计结构，但是，现在碗座的侧面为弧面结构，底面为平面结构，人们在端碗的过程中，首先需要倾斜碗体，然后用手指按压住碗口，其余手指插入碗座底边才能端起碗，非常的麻烦，如若碗内食物过满，很容易导致溢出问题。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种方便手指插入来提高把持稳定性的插指碗。
本实用新型主要包括碗体以及碗座，碗体与碗座为一体，碗座为实心结构，从碗座侧面向内水平加工插槽；在碗口表面加工豁口。
使用时，使用者在碗体内盛放各种食物，发挥正常碗具的功能。当碗内盛放食物过满或者碗体外壁受污染时，使用者可用手指插入碗座的插槽内，用其余的手指扶住碗口或碗壁，可直接端起碗，无需倾斜碗体，避免碗内食物溢出，提高稳定性。另外，在进餐过程中，使用者还可把筷子等餐具摆放在碗口，利用碗口的豁口来限制筷子等餐具。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果为：工艺合理、方便实用、设计精巧，方便使用者把持，还可保持手部卫生。
