本实用新型涉及电缆技术领域,是一种港口吊机电缆。
背景技术
随着我国水上运输业的迅猛发展,港口建设的投资力度逐步加快,沿江、沿海的港口货物吞吐量逐年递升,从而带动了港口货物装卸装备向科学化、自动化方面发展尤为活跃,涌现了许多新型高性能的各类港口吊机,由于吊机工作原理的需要,吊机中电机动力传输线则需要频繁升降,来回卷绕在吊机的卷筒上,同时受水域、气候、温湿度以及阳光辐射的影响,原来与吊机卷筒机配套的普通型橡套电缆难以适应作业需要和工作环境的要求,经常造成缆芯老化、受损,甚至易断裂,使用寿命极短,给装卸工作带来难度和不便。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种港口吊机电缆,克服了上述现有技术之不足,其能解决上述现有技术存在的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样来实现的:港口吊机电缆,包括加强韧筋条、线芯和绝缘层,在加强韧筋条外侧有至少三个的线芯,在每个线芯的外侧安装有绝缘层,在绝缘层外侧安装有绕包层,在绕包层与绝缘层之间有填充层,在绕包层外侧自内至外依序安装有屏蔽层、阻水层、阻燃层与护套层。
以上每个线芯由6至8股退火软铜丝绞合而成,每股退火软铜丝由21至26根退火软铜丝单丝组成。
以上该绝缘层采用工作温度为70℃至80℃低烟无卤聚烯烃材料。
以上线芯的数量为五根。
本实用新型结构紧凑、缜密,生产制造容易,使用维护极其方便,同时具有抗拉、阻燃、耐老化,耐气候,柔性耐曲绕,防湿、防盐雾以及使用寿命长的特性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,港口吊机电缆,包括加强韧筋条1、线芯9和绝缘层8,在加强韧筋条1外侧有至少三个的线芯9,在每个线芯9的外侧安装有绝缘层8,在绝缘层8外侧安装有绕包层6,在绕包层6与绝缘层8之间有填充层7,在绕包层6外侧自内至外依序安装有屏蔽层5、阻水层4、阻燃层3与护套层2,这样,其具有良好的抗老化性、绝缘性,而线芯9围绕在加强韧筋条1周围有着良好的抗拉伸能力。
如图1所示,每个线芯9由6至8股退火软铜丝绞合而成,每股退火软铜丝由21至26根退火软铜丝单丝组成,这样,线芯9具有良好的导电性。
如图1所示,根据实际情况,绝缘层8采用工作温度为70℃至80℃低烟无卤聚烯烃材料。
如图1所示,所述的线芯9的数量为五根,根据吊机的功率,本实用新型还能采用三根或者七根线芯9。

1.一种港口吊机电缆,其特征在于包括加强韧筋条(1)、线芯(9)和绝缘层(8),在加强韧筋条(1)外侧有至少三个的线芯(9),在每个线芯(9)的外侧安装有绝缘层(8),在绝缘层(8)外侧安装有绕包层(6),在绕包层(6)与绝缘层(8)之间有填充层(7),在绕包层(6)外侧自内至外依序安装有屏蔽层(5)、阻水层(4)、阻燃层(3)与护套层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的港口吊机电缆,其特征在于所述的每个线芯(9)由6至8股退火软铜丝绞合而成,每股退火软铜丝由21至26根退火软铜丝单丝组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的港口吊机电缆,其特征在于该绝缘层(8)采用工作温度为70℃至80℃低烟无卤聚烯烃材料。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的港口吊机电缆,其特征在于所述的线芯(9)的数量为五根。
5.根据权利要求3所述的港口吊机电缆,其特征在于所述的线芯(9)的数量为五根。
