本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的：该插卡式药品库货位标示牌包括卡片式的货位卡和状态卡，另外有一个底板，在底板上设置若干层凸出的透明横槽，每层横槽通过隔板隔成若干个槽格，在槽格内装有在后的货位卡和在前的状态卡，货位卡的高度大于状态卡的高度。底板用于与货架固定，并可以标明企业名称、立体库内第几号立体货架、纵向列位、横向层位等信息，货位卡标注货位的产品信息，状态卡标明产品待检、合格、不合格等信息。
槽格的底部开有清尘孔，便于清除内部积尘。
