罩玻璃管波纹止滑太阳集热装置,由带排孔的蓄热水箱和/或者联集盒、集热元件和支架有序连接组成,其特征在于含有两头直通、罩玻璃管下部带外胀波纹段的真空波纹直通集热元件。本实用新型的有益效果:波纹直通管弹性好,抗内玻璃管受热膨胀应力保险系数高。直通管集热装置可以排污,符合卫生饮用水标准。管内热水可取用得热多。可以制造直流式和循环式太阳集热装置。直流式集热器内玻璃管温度比较低。罩玻璃管下端带外胀波纹段的集热元件制造插管式太阳热水器时具有止滑的作用。结合附图给出一个实施例。

为推广应用太阳能,需要更多的太阳能集热元件和太阳能集热装置。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供罩玻璃管波纹止滑太阳集热装置。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案:用带排孔的蓄热水箱和/或者联集盒、真空波纹直通集热元件和支架有序连接组成一台罩玻璃管波纹止滑太阳集热装置。真空波纹直通集热元件两头直通、罩玻璃管下部带外胀波纹段。真空波纹直通集热元件还包括内玻璃管带波纹段以及内玻璃管和罩玻璃管都带波纹段的集热元件。通常,内玻璃管带内缩的波纹段;罩玻璃管带外胀的波纹段。内玻璃管的波纹段可以布满整根内玻璃管。 
具体的产品,可以采用两个分别与集热元件两头传热连接的联集盒。 
还可采用分别与集热元件两头传热连接的蓄热水箱和联集盒,并将蓄热水箱的位置布置得高于联集盒。 
本实用新型的有益效果:波纹直通管弹性好,抗内玻璃管受热膨胀应力保险系数高。直通管集热装置可以排污,符合卫生饮用水标准。管内热水可取用得热多。可以制造直流式和循环式太阳集热装置。直流式集热器内玻璃管温度比较低。罩玻璃管下端带外胀波纹段的集热元件制造插管式太阳热水器时具有止滑的作用。

具体实施方式
图1中,用带排孔1的保温水箱2和带排孔1的联集盒3、真空波纹直通集热元件4和支架5组成一台罩玻璃管波纹管止滑太阳集热装置,一台插管式太阳热水器。集热元件4两头直通,其内玻璃管含有内缩波纹段6。其罩玻璃管下部带外胀波纹段7。保温水箱2和联集盒3均带有保温层和驳接端口8。 
图1实施例的太阳热水器可以排污,符合卫生饮用水标准。 
图1实施例的太阳集热装置还可以循环模式运行,即从集热器流出的水再度进入集热器进行换热加温。 
图1实施例的太阳集热装置的保温水箱2改作联集盒3,可以直流模式工作,即进水和出水连续地从集热器流进和流出,并且出水直接进储热容器。 
直流式集热器正常工作时,如出水温度高于进水温度Δ℃,则其内玻璃管的平均温度比进水只增加1/2Δ℃,相应的内玻璃管受热膨胀产生的应力也小一半。

1.罩玻璃管波纹管止滑太阳集热装置,由带排孔的蓄热水箱和/或者联集盒、集热元件和支架有序连接组成,其特征在于含有两头直通、罩玻璃管下部带外胀波纹段的真空波纹直通集热元件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集热装置,其特征在于含有两个分别与集热元件两头传热连接的联集盒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的集热装置,其特征在于含有分别与集热元件两头传热连接的蓄热水箱和联集盒;蓄热水箱的位置高于联集盒。
