本实用新型涉及一种以LED为光源的铁路客车照明灯具。
背景技术
铁路客车灯具指安装在列车的卧铺车及走廊、餐车顶部和通过台的照明灯具，专供夜间照明使用，由于其工作环境，包括温度、适度、震动及电器环境都比较复杂，导致目前国内铁路客车普通使用的荧光灯存相对寿命短、效率低、照明效果和抗震性能差等缺陷，在工作中发出一定量的紫外线对旅客身体有害。LED做为一种新型光源，在各种照明系统中日益受到青睐，其主要特性是：长寿命、抗震性能好、安全、环保、节能、结构简单、照明效果好等。虽然国内也有LED应用于轨道客车照明，但多数试验性质，规模应用尚不多，其主要原因是LED的发热问题。当多个LED密集排列组成白光照明时，热量耗散问题不能解决好，将大大影响LED使用寿命。因此解决热量问题成为LED应用的先决条件。
发明内容
针对现有LED铁路客车照明灯具的缺点，本实用新型提供一种新型的LED铁路客车照明灯具。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型所采取的措施：
一种以LED为光源的铁路客车照明灯具，包括灯体和灯罩，所述的灯体通过矽胶布与LED发光模块连接。所述的灯罩与LED发光模块之间设置防护罩。所述的LED发光模块上设置具有恒流控制功能的LED专用驱动器。所述的灯体的材料采用铝板。
本实用新型的有益效果：散热好、安全可靠，使用寿命长，利于推广应用。
