背景技术:
目前,在废水处理与回用技术,一般采用微生物挂膜载体滤料和以粘土为主要原料制成的滤料,用该滤料截留水中的悬浮物时存在纳污能力低,易堵塞,不易清洗以及因采用粘土生产而对环境产生很大影响问题。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述的不足而提供一种纳污能力强,不易堵塞,方便实用的一种新型处理水的滤料。
为了实现上述目的本实用新型采取的技术方案是:本实用新型的一种新型处理水的滤料,它包括滤料本体,所述的滤料本体内部呈有网状蜂窝洞孔结构,所述的滤料本体为呈球形或圆柱形及类似球形等形;所述滤料本体以废砖粉末为主要原料,在废砖粉末中添加合成孔剂、粘接剂,经挤压成形,待干后在950-1600℃高温绕制下而成。
由于采用上述结构,本实用新型的滤料本体在污废水处理与回用中,其表面可形成浓度高,活性强的生物膜,快速降解水中的有机污染物,纳污能力强,不易堵塞,可反复反冲洗,孔隙率高,耐酸碱,寿命长等优点。
所述的废砖粉末为建筑用的废砖块通过机器研碎的粉末。
