Abstract
本实用新型提供一种磨光机防尘装置，磨光机防装置为透明的扣罩，扣罩的两端面分别设有除尘吸风口和磨光机位置调整窗口。用本实用新型的扣罩将磨光机整体从正上方罩上，通过磨光机位置调整窗口对准预磨光的工件，把防尘装置的除尘吸风口与除尘装置的除尘管连接，即可进行工件的磨光加工。采用透明的扣罩结构，将磨光机完全遮盖，通过除尘吸风口把料件砂光时产生的粉尘全部吸走，保证了施工现场的卫生环境及操作者的身体健康。

背景技术：
机械加工技术领域中，当使用磨光机在对料件砂光时，粉尘乱飞往往难以控制，不利于现场安环管理，并对操作者身体健康造成危害。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种磨光机除防尘装置，用于磨光机在施工时的防尘保护，防止在料件砂光时粉尘四溅，保证生产现场的安环管理，避免了因粉尘过大对施工人员造成身体伤害。
本实用新型的技术方案：磨光机防装置为透明的扣罩，扣罩的两端面分别设有除尘吸风口和磨光机位置调整窗口。
用本实用新型的扣罩将磨光机整体从正上方罩上，通过磨光机位置调整窗口对准预磨光的工件，把防尘装置的除尘吸风口与除尘装置的除尘管连接，即可进行工件的磨光加工。
本实用新型的优点在于：采用透明的扣罩结构，将磨光机完全遮盖，通过除尘吸风口把料件砂光时产生的粉尘全部吸走，保证了施工现场的卫生环境及操作者的身体健康。具有实用结构简单，经济适用，占用空间小的特点。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示，本实用新型的本体为透明的扣罩3，由机玻璃板和薄壁方钢，用拉铆钉将有机玻璃板与方钢连接，形成保护罩装置，扣罩3的两端面分别设有除尘吸风口1和磨光机位置调整窗口2。
用本实用新型的扣罩把磨光机罩上，施工时，将除尘装置打开，把除尘吸风口对准料件，确保把料件砂光时产生的粉尘全部吸走。
