(二)背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,食物料理机作为一种方便、实用且小型化的食品加工机械,已经深入各个领域。但是在烧烤业,目前仍采取炭火烤制的方式。
普通的炭火烤制存在浪费能源,以及烤制过程中产生大量烟雾,污染环境,而且烤制过程中,食品直接接触环境以及炭火,卫生程度差;另外,传统的炭火烤制设备比较庞大,不易携带。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种清洁环保、携带方便的太阳能食物烤制料理机。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种太阳能食物烤制料理机,其特殊之处在于:包括一端设置开口端的全玻璃真空集热管,真空集热管的开口端上设置有固定胶圈和与固定胶圈密合的密封塞子,密封塞子上设置有深入真空集热管的烤制支架。
本实用新型是一种利用全玻璃真空集热管在太阳光的照射下快速集热,来烤制食物的新型料理设备。采用洁净环保的全玻璃真空集热管,不会造成能源浪费以及产生污染物,整个烤制过程为全封闭式,食品不会与外界环境接触,卫生程度高。
本实用新型的更优方案为:
为增强真空集热管的集热效率,在其背面设置反光板,使真空集热管受到全方位的太阳光照射。
为方便真空集热管的放置,在其下端架设支架,便于固定。
为掌控真空集热管内食物的烤制时间和烤制程度,在密封塞子上设置深入真空集热管内的温度计,用于测量真空集热管内的温度,以便及时取出食物。
本实用新型结构简单,使用方便,节能环保,清洁卫生,体积小,便于携带,只要有阳光照射的条件下可随地烤制食物,应用范围广泛。

附图为本实用新型的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括一端设置开口端的全玻璃真空集热管1,真空集热管1的开口端上设置有固定胶圈3和与固定胶圈3密合的密封塞子5,密封塞子5上设置有深入真空集热管1的烤制支架6;所述真空集热管1背面设置有反光板2;所述真空集热管1下端架设有支架4;所述密封塞子1上设置有深入真空集热管1内的温度计。
使用时,将烤制食物放置于烤制支架6上,然后用密封塞子5塞住全玻璃真空集热管1的开口端,在反光板2的反射作用下,大量太阳光全方位照射在真空集热管1上,使其快速集热,热量散失很少,在真空集热管1的真空保温以及密封塞子5的共同作用下,是真空集热管1内部达到极高的温度,快速将食物烤熟。
本实用新型通过新颖的构思,极大的扩展了太阳能的利用领域。
