本实用新型是有关于一种COB型随身存储装置,该种通称为随身碟的存储装置,由盒体、本体与MICRO SD存储器所组成。盒体提供容置空间以利于本体容置,本体中设有内端子,该内端子可用以与MICRO SD存储器的端子接触并传输资料。本实用新型随身存储装置内的存储器首创以MICRO SD存储器实施,对于制造业者来说,至少具有价格稳定与取得容易等优点。

本实用新型COB型随身存储装置,涉及一种随身存储装置的结构改良,尤指该种随身存储装置中运用MICRO SD存储器的技术。
背景技术
基于存储器技术进步,以往人们携带资料所常用的磁碟片与光碟片渐渐被淘汰,取而代之的就是轻巧又方便的随身存储装置。
坊间常见的随身存储装置结构与种类繁多,其中一种晶片直接封装式COB(Chip on Board)结构,随身存储装置销售业者在接获订单时,需委托晶片厂家依订单订制所需容量的存储器晶片半成品或成品;然而,由于晶片厂家接受该种非常态性订单时,其报价往往会考虑市场景气或物价、行情、订单的排程、是否为淡旺季与库存量等因素而有无法预期的波动,对于随身存储装置的接单业者来说,很难掌握成本,甚至还会有接单价低于成本的状况发生;另外,若晶片厂家订单满载时,更有缺货、无法交货的窘境发生。
为有效解决前述问题,本设计人特以研创成本实用新型,期望能通过实用新型的提出而改进现有限制。
发明内容
本实用新型COB型随身存储装置,其主要目的在于,提供一种创新结构与产制思维的随身存储装置,其能使随身存储装置的产制不再受制于晶片制造大厂,特别是至少可达到成本易于掌握、取得容易等优点。
为达上述目的,本实用新型主要是将随身存储装置中用以作为存储用途的存储器,以坊间相当容易取得的MICRO SD(Micro Secure Digital,微型安全数码式)存储器实施。
由于MICRO SD存储器取得容易,且存储容量不论是2G、4G、8G、16G都备货充足,不会有缺货或需订单排程的困扰,特别是该种MICRO SD存储器市价稳定,常态下价格波动也大多只会越来越低,对于随身存储装置制造业者来说,成本可以有效掌握与控管。
为达上述目的,本实用新型由盒体、本体与MICRO SD存储器所组成。
前述该盒体,提供有一容置空间以利本体容置,该盒体一端具有插槽,插槽与容置空间连通。
所述的本体,组置于容置空间内,该本体为一电路板形态,外侧面设有外端子,可成为一符合USB(Universal Serial Bus,通用串行接口)规范的接头,本体的内侧面设有内端子。
所述的MICRO SD存储器,一端面设有端子,该端子可用以与本体的内端子配接。
进一步,该盒体一端具有插槽,插槽与容置空间连通。
进一步,MICRO SD存储器插置于插槽内而与本体接触。
进一步,该由盒体、本体与MICRO SD存储器所组成的随身存储装置,组置于承接盘内。
进一步,该由盒体、本体与MICRO SD存储器所组成的随身存储装置,组置于承接壳内。
本实用新型随身存储装置内的存储器首创以MICRO SD存储器实施,对于制造业者来说,至少具有价格稳定与取得容易等优点。

首请参阅图1、图2与图3所示,本实用新型COB型随身存储装置,包括盒体1、本体2与MICRO SD存储器3。
其中:
该盒体1,提供有一容置空间11以利于本体2容置,该盒体1一端具有插槽12,插槽12与容置空间11连通;
该本体2,组置于容置空间11内,该本体2为一电路板形态,外侧面设有外端子21,可成为一符合USB规范的接头,本体2的内侧面设有内端子22;
该MICRO SD存储器3,一端面设有端子31,该端子31可用以与本体2的内端子22配接。
通过上述零组件,令本体2组置于容置空间11,且MICRO SD存储器3由插槽12插入并使端子31与内端子22配接,再经过封装固定后完成成品4。
承前所述,由于坊间各存储容量的MICRO SD存储器3取得或采购容易,规格也统一,因此对于随身存储装置制造业者来说,只需充份备妥盒体1与本体2,每当接获不同存储容量的订单时,都可以很轻易的通过采购MICROSD存储器进行组装,便可以快速出货,不再需要通过上游制造厂订单排程,完全满足所需。
图4揭示本实用新型的成品4插置于电脑主机5的USB插槽51的示意图,该成品4得组置于承接盘41内;或者,如图5所示,该成品4得组置于承接壳42内。
综上所述,本实用新型COB型随身存储装置,其技术内容完全符合新型专利的取得要件。本实用新型在产业上确实得以利用,在申请前未曾见于刊物或公开使用,且非为公众所知悉的技术。另外,本实用新型有效解决先前技术中长期存在的问题并达成相关使用者与消费者长期的需求,得佐证本新型并非能轻易完成。本实用新型富具专利法规定的「产业利用性」、「新颖性」与「进步性」等要件,爰依法提请专利,恳请钧局详查,并尽早为准予专利的审定,以保护申请人的智慧财产权,以励创新。

1.一种COB型随身存储装置,其特征在于,包含:
一盒体,提供有一容置空间;
一本体,组置于容置空间内,本体外侧面设有外端子,能够成为一符合USB规范的接头,本体内侧面设有内端子;
一MICRO SD存储器,组置于容置空间内,一端面设有端子,该端子用以与本体的内端子配接。
2.如权利要求1所述COB型随身存储装置,其特征在于,该盒体一端具有插槽,插槽与容置空间连通。
3.如权利要求2所述COB型随身存储装置,其特征在于,MICRO SD存储器插置于插槽内而与本体接触。
4.如权利要求1所述COB型随身存储装置,其特征在于,该由盒体、本体与MICRO SD存储器所组成的随身存储装置,组置于承接盘内。
5.如权利要求1所述COB型随身存储装置,其特征在于,该由盒体、本体与MICRO SD存储器所组成的随身存储装置,组置于承接壳内。
