本实用新型涉及矿山选矿作业矿浆检测工具一种浓度壶,尤其是矿浆浓度检测工具。 
背景技术
矿浆浓度是选矿过程中影响选矿指标的极重要因素之一。目前国内大多采用浓度壶法检测矿浆浓度(包括溢流浓度、排矿浓度及沉砂浓度)。浓度壶法是把截取的矿浆样品装满具有一定体积的浓度壶中称重,扣除壶重后,通过公式计算出矿浆浓度。现有的浓度壶在标准体积(通常是1000ml)刻度处装有圆形溢流短管,让多余的矿浆溢出,保证矿浆的标准体积。由于管径过小,在测定浓度较低(细度低)的溢流矿浆浓度时准确度较高,而在检测浓度较高的磨机排矿浓度及沉砂浓度时(细度高)管口极易堵塞,难以保证矿浆的标准体积,影响矿浆浓度的检测精度。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种浓度壶,让不同浓度的矿浆均能从溢流短管中正常溢出,保证所测矿浆的检测精度。
