一种用于浮头式换热器的管束机构，管束机构包括固定管板、浮动管板、定距管、导流筒、支撑板、换热管、内折流板、异形折流板和弓形折流板，所述的固定管板和浮动管板间通过定距管相固定，所述的导流筒与定距管相固定，所述的换热管连接固定管板和浮动管板，所述的导流筒中依次设有内折流板、异形折流板和弓形折流板，所述的支撑板与导流筒相支撑固定。其结构简单，换热率高。
作为优选，所述的定距管设在导流筒的内侧壁，所述的换热管设在导流筒中。
因此，本实用新型提供用于浮头式换热器的管束机构，结构简单，提高换热效率。

1.一种用于浮头式换热器的管束机构，其特征在于：管束机构包括固定管板(1)、浮动管板(2)、定距管(3)、导流筒(4)、支撑板(5)、换热管(6)、内折流板(7)、异形折流板(8)和弓形折流板(9)，所述的固定管板(1)和浮动管板(2)间通过定距管(3)相固定，所述的导流筒(4)与定距管(3)相固定，所述的换热管(6)连接固定管板(1)和浮动管板(2)，所述的导流筒(4)中依次设有内折流板(7)、异形折流板(8)和弓形折流板(9)，所述的支撑板(5)与导流筒(4)相支撑固定。
