背景技术    脑出血、脑外伤患者昏迷后多有舌后坠，舌后坠极易导致呼吸道梗阻，进而使患者窒息死亡。临床急救中医生经常应用双手向前托起患者下颌的方法缓解舌后坠，但耽误医生的其它操作，不利急救工作顺利开展。
发明内容    本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种下颌托，它能有效地替代医生双手托起患者下颌，缓解舌后坠，通畅气道。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：具有U形弹性夹体，U形弹性夹体两末端连接弹力带的两头，并与钩形下颌角垫相连。
本实用新型由于设置了U形弹性夹体，能方便地将U形弹性夹体开口张大从两侧夹紧下颌部。

具体实施方式    附图示出了本实用新型的结构，具有U形弹性夹体1，其特征是：U形弹性夹体1两末端连接弹力带3的两头，并与钩形下颌角垫2相连。使用前拉紧弹力带3使其与U形弹性夹体2底端贴附，张大U形夹体1开口，U形弹性夹体1开口向患者头后方向，将钩形下颌角垫2勾住两侧下颌角并靠U形夹体1夹紧，然后将弹力带3松开并勒于鼻孔下方上唇部位，以产生一个持续向前牵引下颌角的力。本实用新型代替了急救医生双手托起患者下颌，避免了舌后坠导致的窒息。
