本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：由凳面、凳脚组成的小集镇绿化树休闲装置。其特征是：在小集镇绿化树干四周，设置一口字形凳面，在四角凳面下分别设置有凳脚。这样赶集人和居住居民可以在树下休息，避荫。
