背景技术
电缆的适用性和安全性对于使用在特殊场合都能正常传送电能、准确传输信号是极为重要的,特别是防爆要求场所,特殊的环境,常因电缆防爆性能达不到使用要求,而导致发生火灾,甚至爆炸,造成人员伤亡和财产的严重损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种高阻燃、抗强干扰、防爆、无卤、安全系数高的综合实用型电厂超临界防爆电缆。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:电厂超临界防爆电缆,包括由1组对绞分屏护套缆芯和3大1小4根绝缘单线组成的总缆芯,总缆芯外由内而外依次设阻燃包带、铝塑复合带、镀锡铜网编织双层屏蔽、薄型阻燃PVC隔氧内护层、阻燃无卤低烟聚烯烃护套层;所述1组对绞分屏护套缆芯分别包括4组线芯,每组线芯由铜导体和阻燃无卤低烟聚稀烃绝缘层组成,4组线芯外依次设置镀锡铜网编织屏蔽层、阻燃PVC护层;所述每根绝缘单线分别由优质无氧铜导体和阻燃无卤低烟聚稀烃绝缘层组成。
本实用新型具有高阻燃、抗强干扰、防爆、无卤、安全系数高。特别适用于防爆要求场所和安全要求高场合使用。电缆绝缘和护套采用高阻燃无卤低烟聚稀烃材料,阻燃、耐腐、无卤环保、透光率好;采用分屏蔽加薄型阻燃护层后总屏再挤双层护套的复合结构,抗干扰能力强,防爆效果优,安全系数高;从而有效的保证了电缆在特殊场合使用的安全性和适用性。

具体实施方式
本实用新型包括由1组对绞分屏护套缆芯和3大1小4根绝缘单线组成的总缆芯,其中对绞分屏护套缆芯1由优质无氧铜导体1-1、无卤低烟聚稀烃绝缘层1-2、对绞绕包带1-3、铜网编织屏蔽1-4、薄型阻燃PVC护层1-5组成;绝缘单线2由优质无氧铜导体2-1、无卤低烟聚稀烃绝缘层2-2组成;对绞分屏护套4线组缆芯1和绝缘单线2成缆后外设置阻燃包带3;阻燃包带3外由内向外依次设置铝塑复合带4和镀锡铜网编织双层屏蔽5,屏蔽层5外设置薄型阻燃PVC隔氧内护层6,内护层6外设置阻燃无卤低烟聚稀烃护套层7。

1.电厂超临界防爆电缆,其特征在于,包括由1组对绞分屏护套缆芯和3大1小4根绝缘单线组成的总缆芯,总缆芯外由内而外依次设阻燃包带、铝塑复合带、镀锡铜网编织双层屏蔽、薄型阻燃PVC隔氧内护层、阻燃无卤低烟聚烯烃护套层;所述1组对绞分屏护套缆芯分别包括4组线芯,每组线芯由铜导体和阻燃无卤低烟聚稀烃绝缘层组成,4组线芯外依次设置镀锡铜网编织屏蔽层、阻燃PVC护层;所述每根绝缘单线分别由优质无氧铜导体和阻燃无卤低烟聚稀烃绝缘层组成。
