本实用新型涉及一种气密推拉窗的窗双边框,属建筑门窗材料技术领域。包括窗双边框本体(1),所述窗双边框本体(1)的中间位置处采用单腔设计;在所述窗双边框本体(1)的左侧中间和右侧中间分别设置有左密封槽(1.3)和右密封槽(1.1);在所述窗双边框本体(1)的左下侧和右下侧分别设置有左窗扇限位槽(1.4)和右窗扇限位槽(1.2),所述左窗扇限位槽(1.4)和右窗扇限位槽(1.2)外形呈双手张开的形状;所述左密封槽(1.3)和右密封槽(1.1)以及左窗扇限位槽(1.4)和右窗扇限位槽(1.2)均是呈反向对称布置。本实用新型采用密封槽和窗扇限位槽设计,避免了以往在窗双边框中无密封槽而引起的外观形象、实用性及气密性差的情况,大大提高了超高气密推拉窗的整体外观形象和气密效果。

本实用新型涉及一种推拉窗,尤其是涉及一种气密推拉窗的窗双边框。属建筑门窗材料技术领域。
(二)背景技术
在提倡节约型增长方式的和消费模式的今天,为了提高建筑物的气密性、实用性和美观性效果。目前,建筑物上的窗普通应用铝型材推拉窗。但现在有的推拉窗其窗双边框采用无密封槽设计,导致推拉窗的整体外观形象差和气密效果下降。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种能够提高推拉窗的窗窗双边框与窗扇之间气密性的气密推拉窗的窗双边框。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种气密推拉窗的窗双边框,包括窗双边框本体,所述窗双边框本体的中间位置处采用单腔设计;在所述窗双边框本体的左侧中间和右侧中间分别设置有左密封槽和右密封槽;在所述窗双边框本体的左下侧和右下侧分别设置有左窗扇限位槽和右窗扇限位槽,所述左窗扇限位槽和右窗扇限位槽外形呈双手张开的形状;所述左密封槽和右密封槽以及左窗扇限位槽和右窗扇限位槽均是呈反向对称布置。

本实用新型采用密封槽和窗扇限位槽设计,避免了以往在窗双边框中无密封槽而引起的外观形象、实用性及气密性差的情况,大大提高了超高气密推拉窗的整体外观形象和气密效果。

参见图1~2,图1为本实用新型气密推拉窗的窗双边框的断面结构示意图。图2为本实用新型的应用实施例图。由图1和图2可以看出,本实用新型气密推拉窗的窗双边框,包括窗双边框本体1,所述窗双边框本体1的中间位置处采用单腔设计,以便增加稳定性;在所述窗双边框本体1的左侧中间和右侧中间分别设置有左密封槽1.3和右密封槽1.1,以增加窗双边框与窗扇连接的密封性能;在所述窗双边框本体1的左下侧和右下侧分别设置有左窗扇限位槽1.4和右窗扇限位槽1.2,所述左窗扇限位槽1.4和右窗扇限位槽1.2外形呈双手张开的形状;所述左密封槽1.3和右密封槽1.1以及左窗扇限位槽1.4和右窗扇限位槽1.2均是呈反向对称布置。所述窗扇限位槽在与窗扇紧密连接时,窗扇限位槽和密封槽共同限制窗扇的前后晃动。

1.一种气密推拉窗的窗双边框,包括窗双边框本体(1),其特征在于:所述窗双边框本体(1)的中间位置处采用单腔设计;在所述窗双边框本体(1)的左侧中间和右侧中间分别设置有左密封槽(1.3)和右密封槽(1.1);在所述窗双边框本体(1)的左下侧和右下侧分别设置有左窗扇限位槽(1.4)和右窗扇限位槽(1.2),所述左窗扇限位槽(1.4)和右窗扇限位槽(1.2)外形呈双手张开的形状;所述左密封槽(1.3)和右密封槽(1.1)以及左窗扇限位槽(1.4)和右窗扇限位槽(1.2)均是呈反向对称布置。
