新型双网挤浆机滤板是一种造纸滤水装置，它解决了其它技术存在的问题，它是由框架和滤网组成，在框架内固定着双层滤网，在滤网上有数排多个长孔；本装置的意义：一是不用经常拆卸下来进行清洗，节省了人力物力；二是增加了滤水效果，提高了双网的脱水能力，双网的出浆浓度至少可向上提升1-2％；三是增加了脱水面积，提高了成浆浓度，将浓度为10％的浆料经过双网挤浆机浓缩脱水，使之浓度达到36％；四是节约了生产费用，降低了吨浆生产成本；五是网子跑偏次数明显减少，延长了网子的使用寿命。

一、技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种造纸滤水装置，尤其是新型双网挤浆机滤板。
二、背景技术：目前大多数制浆造纸系统所使用双网挤浆机滤水滤板为圆形孔，脱水面积小，滤孔经常发生堵塞，导致双网挤浆机运行极不稳定，而且脱水效果不好；需要定期抽出来进行冲洗；既费时又费力，而且压滤网损坏较为频繁，增加了吨浆生产成本。
三、发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种滤水效果好的新型双网挤浆机滤板，它解决了其他技术存在的问题，本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，它是由框架和滤网组成，在框架内固定着双层滤网，在滤网上有数排多个长孔。
