使用中，当转动支撑板4紧靠挡块3时，此时坐板1与转动支撑板4的夹角最大，这时凳子适合在平地上使用，在斜坡上要使用凳子时，只需将转动支撑板4向坐板1转动，选择适当位置，让支撑板2下端和挡块3下端直接接触坡面放置好即可。
