本实用新型涉及一种接头,尤其是一种管件接头。 
背景技术
目前管件间的连接方式有螺纹连接、焊接等连接方式,但存在加工复杂、现场安装困难、连接处耐腐蚀性差,螺纹连接处还会造成误拆。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种管件接头,克服了上述现有技术之不足,其能解决现有管件连接性差的问题。 
本实用新型的技术方案是这样来实现的:管件接头,包括左管件和右管件,左管件右端的形状与右管件左端的形状相对应,左管件右端的外径小于右管件左端的内径,在左管件右端的外壁上有至少两个的螺纹槽,在右管件左端的管壁上有与螺纹槽相对应的螺纹孔,左管件的右端位于右管件的左端内并通过螺钉、螺纹槽和螺纹孔与右管件的左端固定安装在一起。 
作为优选,所述螺纹槽和螺纹孔为两个或三个并分别均布在左管件右端的管壁上和右管件左端的管壁上。 
作为优选,所述左管件右端的形状为圆柱形或圆锥形。 
作为优选,所述左管件的右端与右管件的左端之间有密封胶或密封圈。 
本实用新型结构简单,通过径向的螺钉连接,使两个管件之间的连接更加稳固,还增加了管件之间的密封性和耐腐蚀性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,管件接头,包括左管件1和右管件2,左管件1右端的形状与右管件2左端的形状相对应,左管件1右端的外径小于右管件2左端的内径,在左管件1右端的外壁上有至少两个的螺纹槽,在右管件2左端的管壁上有与螺纹槽相对应的螺纹孔,左管件1的右端位于右管件2的左端内并通过螺钉3、螺纹槽和螺纹孔与右管件2的左端固定安装在一起。这样,两个管件安装非常方便,而且由于是径向受力,不会造成误拆。 
如图1所示,螺纹槽和螺纹孔为两个或三个并分别均布在左管件1右端的管壁上和右管件2左端的管壁上,这样受力比较均匀。 
如图1所示,左管件1右端的形状为圆柱形或圆锥形,这样便于两个管件的配合。 
如图1所示,左管件1的右端与右管件2的左端之间有密封胶4或密封圈,这样,能增加管件之间的密封性。

1.一种管件接头,其特征在于包括左管件(1)和右管件(2),左管件(1)右端的形状与右管件(2)左端的形状相对应,左管件(1)右端的外径小于右管件(2)左端的内径,在左管件(1)右端的外壁上有至少两个的螺纹槽,在右管件(2)左端的管壁上有与螺纹槽相对应的螺纹孔,左管件(1)的右端位于右管件(2)的左端内并通过螺钉(3)、螺纹槽和螺纹孔与右管件(2)的左端固定安装在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管件接头,其特征在于螺纹槽和螺纹孔为两个或三个并分别均布在左管件(1)右端的管壁上和右管件(2)左端的管壁上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的管件接头,其特征在于左管件(1)右端的形状为圆柱形或圆锥形。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的管件接头,其特征在于左管件(1)的右端与右管件(2)的左端之间有密封胶(4)或密封圈。
5.根据权利要求3所述的管件接头,其特征在于左管件(1)的右端与右管件(2)的左端之间有密封胶(4)或密封圈。
