Abstract

本实用新型是一种川字形风力发电机叶片。叶片主要受力件为大梁,梁上竖直固定着若干根细杆,细杆上连接有可以绕其转动的板状风帆,风帆转动时的转向要一致,可以让其转动角度最大为90°,然后将几个这样的叶片安装在一个转动轴上,它利用转动轴左右叶片所受风力差驱使转轴转动。它不需要安装风向测试装置,而且其风能转化率也比较高,它的构件基本上都是杆件、板材,运输方便,而且由于其结构简单,可以做成大型风机叶片,设计制造大功率风力发电机,还可以制作小型的家庭用风力发电机。

技术领域
本实用新型属于风力发电领域,具体是一种将风能转化为机械能的设备。
背景技术
目前的风力发电机叶片主要有水平轴风力发电机叶片和垂直轴风力发电机叶片。水平轴风力发电机需要随时调整叶片的方位,这就增加了风机的费用;其启动的风速要求比较高,不适合在年平均风量比较小的地区装机发电;并且大型风力机叶片的运输费用也很高。然而现有的垂直轴风机发电机叶片不适合安装在大功率的风力机上。目前大部分大功率风力机特别是兆瓦级的都属于水平轴风力发电机。而本实用新型属于垂直轴风力发电机叶片,它除了具有垂直轴风力机叶片应有的优点外,还可以做成大功率风力机的叶片。它的构件主要为杆件和一些板材,因而运输方便。但由于本实用新型的连接比较多,所以相比于整体成型的水平轴风力发电机叶片而言,其耐用性要差些。
发明内容
本实用新型解决的主要问题是:克服背景技术的不足,提供一种结构简单合理,即适合生产安装在发电功率较大的风力机上,也适合生产安装在小型风力机上的一种风机叶片装置。它利用风流过风力机左右叶片时,流过方式的不同而形成风压差来产生动力推动其旋转的。本实用新型的风机叶片还可以像水平轴风力发电机叶片一样安装在很高的塔架上,而且能够利用活动风帆来提高风能利用率。
本实用新型的具体技术方案是:本实用新型特征是有一根受力梁,梁上连接刚度强度都比较高的细杆,细杆与梁的几何中心线垂直,且细杆竖直连接在梁上,细杆可以具有一定弧度,且弧度朝向一致,都是背对着杆的。然后用强度高的绳索固定奸细杆与细杆之间,细杆与梁之间的相对位置。在细杆上面安装有可以绕细杆转动的具有一定面积和一定硬度、刚度的风帆,如果是大型叶片,大的风帆不便制造,还可以用若干个小的风帆以拼接的形式连接在细杆上,风帆的质量要轻,而且要设置风帆有一个最大转动角度,让其在一定的角度范围内旋转,这样可以确保风帆在转动时的转动方向一致,这个最大旋转角度可以为90度,规定:风帆与细杆、梁在同一个平面时,称为0度,而与细杆、梁垂直时为90度。将这样的若干个叶片安装在风力发电装置内的一根转动轴上。当风吹向风机,处于风力发电机转动轴左边的叶片,假设风帆处于0度状态,它被风吹动,绕细杆转动,而风帆最大转动角为90度,当风帆转动到与细杆、梁构成的平面成90度时,风帆不能再转动了,这时,风从细杆间的间隙中吹过去,叶片对风的阻力小;而对于风力发电机转动轴右边的叶片,假设这个叶片是刚从左边旋转过来的,风吹动风帆绕细杆转动,风帆会由垂直于细杆、梁构成的平面回转到与细杆、梁在同一平面上,这时,风帆盖住细杆间的间隙,风无法从细杆间的间隙中穿过,叶片对风的阻力远大于刚才左边的那个叶片,这时,就会产生阻力差,就是因为这个阻力差才使叶片转动。然后与叶片相连的转动轴经变速后把转动能传给发电机,发电机就可以发电了。
本实用新型结构简单,可以安装在小型发电机上制作家用风力发电设备,也可以安装在大型风力发电装置上制作大型风力发电机。

结合附图对实施例做进一步的描述,本实施例是用来说明本实用新型的,而不是对本实用新型进行任何限制的。
本实用新型的结构如附图所示。主要的受力部件是主梁1,主梁1的形状可以是V字形,V字形梁的弯曲强度较高,以便能承受住风帆4和细杆3的重力以及风对叶片的作用力等。细杆3等间距且垂直连接在梁1上,连接方法可以是机械连接,也可以是胶接,绑缚等。还要用绳索2固定其相对位置,固定方法为:用绳索的两头系住梁的两个端头,而绳索中间部分依次缠在各个细杆上,系的时候绳索要绷紧。细杆3上面有可以绕其转动的风帆4,风帆4和细杆3的连接可以采用铰链将他们连接在一起。风帆4绕细杆3转动时应保持所有风帆的转向一致,可以让风帆4绕细杆3在一定的角度范围内转动,例如角度范围为0~90度,当它与细杆3、梁1在同一个平面时,称为0度,而与细杆3、梁1垂直时为90度。为了限定风帆4不会超过这个角度范围,可以用一根具有一定长度的细绳,一端系在风帆4边缘上,另一端系在左边(或右边)相邻的细杆3上,对于每个风帆4,细绳系法要一样,确保风帆4在被风吹动的过程中旋转方向一致。然后就可以把这些叶片安装在风力发电机上了。
