本实用新型提供了一种可视电缆盖板,该可视电缆盖板由两层透明防火玻璃和灌注于两层透明防火玻璃中间的防火胶层组成,在两层透明防火玻璃的四周密封有阻燃胶条,一密封边框镶嵌安装在可视电缆板四周。本实用新型的可视电缆盖板遇高温后,两层透明防火玻璃中间的透明胶冻状的防火胶层会迅速硬结,形成一张不透明的防火隔热板。在阻止火焰蔓延的同时,也阻止高温向背火面传导。实现电缆沟消防设施定期检查工作简单化、可视化,电缆沟内部防火设置一目了然、一清二楚,完全用不着掀盖板,提高工作效率。

背景技术
变电站的电缆设备运行管理及消防工作特别重要,丝毫马虎不得。大型变电站一般有多条电缆沟,其防火措施采取分区隔断措施,每一条电缆沟都设有防火墙,每一道防火墙防火材料的完好状况都要求定期检查。变电站的日常管理将电缆沟消防项目作为一项重要定期工作,每一次检查都要掀开厚重的水泥电缆盖板,不然就看不清里面的情况,工作起来很麻烦,但又绝对不能省略。如何能够提供一种检查工作简单化、可视化的电缆盖板成为人们迫切的需求。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种检查工作简单化、可视化的可视电缆盖板。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下方案来实现的:一种可视电缆盖板,该可视电缆盖板由两层透明防火玻璃和灌注于两层透明防火玻璃中间的防火胶层组成,在两层透明防火玻璃的四周密封有阻燃胶条,一密封边框镶嵌安装在可视电缆板四周。

所述密封边框为不锈钢压条。
所述防火胶层由透明胶冻状的防火胶液构成。
本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型的可视电缆盖板遇高温后,两层透明防火玻璃中间的透明胶冻状的防火胶层会迅速硬结,形成一张不透明的防火隔热板。在阻止火焰蔓延的同时,也阻止高温向背火面传导。实现电缆沟消防设施定期检查工作简单化、可视化,电缆沟内部防火设置一目了然、一清二楚,完全用不着掀盖板,提高工作效率。并且可方便检查电缆沟积水情况。本实用新型直接更换变电站原来的电缆沟防火墙盖板即可,其大小尺寸可与原水泥电缆盖板一致。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行进一步说明:
实施例:如图1和图2所示,一种可视电缆盖板,该可视电缆盖板由两层透明防火玻璃1和灌注于两层透明防火玻璃1中间的防火胶层组成,在两层透明防火玻璃1的四周密封有阻燃胶条2,一密封边框3镶嵌安装在可视电缆板四周,密封边框3为不锈钢压条,透明防火玻璃1为灌注型防火玻璃,防火胶层由透明胶冻状的防火胶液构成。
本实用新型的可视电缆盖板是这样实施的:将电缆沟防火墙的水泥电缆盖板改为透明防火玻璃1,由两层玻璃原片组成,四周装以特制阻燃胶条2密封,并在玻璃四周密封边框3采用不锈钢压条镶嵌安装。双层防火玻璃中间灌注的防火胶层,经固化后为透明胶冻状与玻璃粘接成一体。

1.可视电缆盖板,其特征在于:该可视电缆盖板由两层透明防火玻璃(1)和灌注于两层透明防火玻璃(1)中间的防火胶层组成,在两层透明防火玻璃(1)的四周密封有阻燃胶条(2),一密封边框(3)镶嵌安装在可视电缆板四周。
