在石油、化工及其他工业的液体输送作业中，需要定期了解管道中液体的流动情况，目前，经常使用直通视镜来观察管道中液体流动情况。传统视镜法兰包括压盖、玻璃、连接法兰，压盖将玻璃固定在连接管道中，当管道中有液体流过时，透过视镜观察里面液体流动情况。然而，由于待观察的流体性质复杂，如质地的均一，无杂质等情况，很难观察到视镜内液体是在流动，给观察等工作造成困难，甚至会导致做出错误的判断，使视镜无法发挥应用的作用。

针对现有上述产品的技术不足，本实用新型的目的提供一种叶轮旋转式直通视镜管件，其由阀体管件、液体通道、观察通道、视镜连接法兰、压盖、视镜玻璃、叶轮等组成。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：其主体是阀体管件，阀体管件包括液体通道和观察通道；液体通道口上设有管道连接法兰，观察通道口上设有视镜连接法兰，观察通道上靠近视镜玻璃处设有一个叶轮；叶轮由叶轮杆及枢接于叶轮杆上的叶轮片组成，叶轮杆垂直于液体通道中液体液面方向固定在阀体的壳体上，叶轮杆设置在液体通道在观察通道内的延长线中距离视镜玻璃最近的边线上，叶轮制成旋转式；视镜连接法兰与压盖连接，视镜玻璃固定在连接法兰和压盖之间，压盖为环形或回字形。 
本实用新型有益效果：可以准确判断管道中的液体是否在流动及流速的快慢，从而减轻了观察工作的负担。

具体实施方式：
如图1所示，本实用新型是一种叶轮旋转式直通视镜管件，包括一阀体管件1，阀体管件1包括液体通道2和观察通道3，液体通道2口上设有管道连接法兰4，与液体管道连接输送液体；观察通道3口上在阀体管件1的两侧分别设有两个视镜连接法兰5，视镜连接法兰5与压盖6连接，观察通道3用于安装直通视镜；视镜连接法兰5和压盖6可以为环形，也可以为回字形，本实施例中为环形；将视镜玻璃7固定在视镜连接法兰5和压盖6之间，观察通道3上靠近两侧的视镜玻璃7处分别设有一个叶轮8，如图2所示，叶轮8包括叶轮杆9及枢接于叶轮杆9上的叶轮片10，叶轮片10包括6片或8片，叶轮杆9垂直于液体通道2中液体液面方向固定在阀体的内壁上，使得液体在流动时能够带动叶轮杆9转动；所述叶轮片10的轮片垂直、间隔环设枢接在叶轮杆9上，使得液体流动带动叶轮片10转动时，更容易观察叶轮片的转动情况。 
其中，为了使得液体在流动时，更好地带动叶轮8的转动，使叶轮8的转动能更好地反映液体的流动情况，所述叶轮杆9可以设置在液体通道2在观察通道3内的延长线中距离视镜玻璃7最近的边线上，管道中的液体从叶轮杆9的一边流过，使叶轮8从水流中获得更大的动力，转动速度更快。 
本实用新型在阀体中靠近两个视镜玻璃处分别安装一个叶轮，这样不论透过那个视镜玻璃观察管道内液体的流动情况都很容易，当管道中有液体流动时，会带动叶轮转动，通过两个叶轮更加容易观察管道中液体流动情况，减轻了工作中的负担，更加准确的显示管道中的液体是否在流动及流速的快慢。

1.一种叶轮旋转式直通视镜管件，其由阀体管件、液体通道、观察通道、压盖组成，其特征在于：其主体是阀体管件，阀体管件包括液体通道和观察通道；液体通道口上设有管道连接法兰，观察通道口上设有视镜连接法兰，叶轮由叶轮杆及枢接于叶轮杆上的叶轮片组成，叶轮杆垂直于液体通道中液体液面方向固定在阀体的壳体上；视镜连接法兰与压盖连接，视镜玻璃固定在连接法兰和压盖之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的叶轮旋转式直通视镜管件，其特征在于：所述的叶轮杆设置在液体通道在观察通道内延长线中距离视镜玻璃最近的边线上。
